Worst dining experience I ever had. Our “server” did not care to go over the menu with us when we asked questions and made us feel very rushed when we ordered. When our food did come, we received one entree and then did not receive the second until almost 40 minutes later after getting ready to cash out and leave without my guest eating. Not sure why some of the reviews are mixed - we went during restaurant week and had an outstanding experience. Delicious food, excellent service, and clean/COVID friendly. Highly recommend.

The restaurant has a cool atmosphere, lively yet private enough for conversation, and the staff are friendly and attentive. One downside is that rice is charged separately, which some customers may not appreciate. It is also important to specify dietary preferences clearly to avoid any mix-ups with orders. Vermilion continues to be a great place for an after-theater stop for empanadas and drinks.
