While attaining such an approachable profile might seem like an easy task, Big Trouble is one of the most challenging year-round products for us to source due to the quality and seasonality of coffees with these characteristics. Notes blend components 60 percent Finca el Puente, Honduras, or 40 percent la Roca, Nicaragua story for a coffee with a flavor profile that is easy to love, you may be wondering what big trouble's namesake is all about. Sourcing clean and low-acidity coffees from smallholder producers isn't an easy task. The coffees in big trouble come from many of the same partners that produce our single-origin offerings and we take great care to maintain just the right blend to create a coffee with sweet notes of caramel, nut, and dark chocolate. An extremely versatile coffee, big trouble can shine in any brew method-and is wonderful.

Our group had a private tea event in the afternoon and the food was absolutely delicious. My favorite thing was the Swan choux with a surprise strawberry jam on the inside when you took a bite. My photo was just a partial amount of the food offered. It was somewhat pricy due to the large party and gratuity, but we had 2 types of tea from a nice selection of mixes, a huge amount of sweets & savory food that filled me up, and fantastic wait staff that kept stopping by to refill...

If someone asks me for a bakery recommendation, this is the place. They make real baked goods, things you'd see on The Great British bake-off. The ricotta cakes are my absolute favorite, and they always have something new to try!
