Ordered two hot dogs and diet soda to be delivered to .y hotel room. All was very tasty. I recommend this place if looking for a good hot dog, especially when stuk in hicago Airport hotel with awful TV for two full days because of Southwest Airlines...another SWA failing seven months.
Said they could not do "special order". Only Chicago style. But then they don't even make it Chicago style. The staff was very rude and obviously lazy. Then they all talked about how they needed a break. There were at least 6 people "working".... perhaps more like existing behind the counter. Do not

I'm confused. It's 3pm on a Sunday and there are 5 female workers behind the counter with the gate down for the past 2 hours talking and it's not open. Midway get your act together. All these expensive nasty restaurants
SHUT IT DOWN AND FIRE EVERYONE! Worse customer service, no enthusiasm at all, not even polite, and to make it worse the hot dog was terrible, worse I’ve ever tasted.

make sure you eat before going to the airport. I cant believe I paid $10 for a hot dog without fries. hot dog was cold, bun was falling apart and soggy. how dare you attempt at representing real chicago hot dogs ?
Would have been an excellent Chicago dog but the fact that it was prepacked (to save time) it was cold and the hotdog itself was over cooked and dry. Very disappointed.

The food was diffidently not good, but the big issue was the owner/manager that was there. She was aggressive and unbearable micro manager that talked down to the employees. Sorry to tell you this, but terrible service is expected when you treat your employees like they aren’t worth anything.
Ownership either doesn't read these reviews or just don't care. I got the jumbo chicago dog, the hot dog itself was decent, but the toppings were terrible. I got 3 small diced onions and a overload of green relish, which made the entire bun mush. I could hold the bun without it falling apart. Add to that the employees absolutely hated thier job and every customer. Owners...you can do betterMidway has horrible food options, if you can put a good product with good customer service, you could do very well.

What a joke! Our family needed a quick meal between connecting flights on the way to Orlando so we decided (unfortunately) to give this place a shot. I mean, after all, how can you really get a bad hot dog? Well, sadly, this is the place. The employees were extremely rude, wouldn't even give you time to finish looking over the menu options, a short kid behind the counter was yelling out everything they were out of - Basically everything except a plain hot dog - And they made you feel like you were inconveniencing them by ordering food. $50 later, I had 3 overcooked and barely warm hot dogs and some cold French fries. Ridiculous!

Most the menu they weren't serving. They got behind on cooked food, so stopped taking orders for 10mins while line backed up. Fries were hot but not salted. I preferred the previous establishment here.

I have never left a bad review. Ever. But this was disgusting. I felt bad for the one employee taking orders, making the food and also processing payment and decided to wait it out through the slow moving line - just to walk away as soon as I got close enough to see how filthy it was!
Pretty good Chicago doggies. Not exceedingly pretty to look at, but definitely more than edible. The hotdog was warm and extended beyond the bun. The wait in line wasn’t too bad. Located inside the midway airport, which is a smaller airport and the food options are slightly limited. Would recommend and would eat here again.
Not as good as downtown Chicago but this will do when passing through on a layover. Quick service too.
Having grown up in Chicago and moved away over 20 years, I was looking forward to a taste from the past. Very disappointed. The restaurant was understaffed and the ladies were definitely overworked. It reflected in the quality of the food and service.Buns: cold and dryChicago dog: grossly underdressed and overcooked.Very sad and unfortunate.
TERRIBLE. ALL OF IT. DO NOT EAT HERE. service? Terrible. Food? Terrible. No where near a Chicago dog, especially a Vienna Beef brand Chicago dog. VIENNA BEEF , you should get your signage back. This place is making you look bad.
