It's not a restaurant, its a meat packaging plant. Docking for truck drivers is terrible. You have to contend with traffic as you backing dock, blocking traffic as you do so. Be bold or it will take forever. Make sure you call when your close, they will give you a dock door, then make your approach. Dock is on Pershing street. Good luck with traffic, again be bold.

I used to love this place, but $20 for a corned beef sandwich is crazy. The sandwich isn’t even hearty. They simply use larger bread than before and went up in the price. Such a bummer, but hot dogs are great.

One of my favorite places to go every year. I take a trip into the city get a bunch of hot dogs for family and friends. Then I always to get a Chicago Dog before I make the trip home!

3.5 stars. I got the Chicago style Spicy Polish (great taste) and Italian beef (flavor was lacking and meat was rubbery bouncy overdone) and fries w pepsi. $27.53

Had a solid mid‑afternoon bite at Vienna Beef Factory Store & Café. Grabbed a classic Chicago dog and a Maxwell Polish, plus fries and a soda—ran me about $16. The dogs had that perfect snap, toppings were hella fresh, and the girls behind the counter moved quick and were real cool. Décor feels like a casual factory hangout, not fancy—but that’s the vibe. Love the local flavor, but fries were just okay. 4⭐

I give my lowest rating. I ordered a tamale for $2.99. It was the size of a tootsie roll. And a Chicago style hotdog was $5. I haven’t been here in quite some time, but with these prices, I will never return.
