I was born and raised around villa and we always eat there and i moved out of chicago so every time i go back i always go to villa except this time was not very good.I got a pizza which was excellent but the cheesy Italian beef was terrible it had mushrooms on it and the au jus sauce tasted like Italian dressing

I like the food, but if you don't want people to use special discounts or Groupon, please say that. I have given you my money plenty of times without discount. Did you ever go to a restaurant where you're the customer and you feel like you're being a bother just by coming in the door? That's my experience. You're better off to have it delivered. Even if you're picking up, they have you use an online system. They don't even want to talk to you. I'm not kidding. Nobody's pizza is so good that you need to go through those changes.

I'm not sure when the last time this place had a check from the board of health but I think they need one it looks like it hasn't had a good coat of pain and cleaning and about 10 years the owner is very rude pizza's average nothing special not worth the wait

Ordered a half fried bbq dinner. Received dark meat only. Called the restaurant and was told to ask for Sam on my next order and he would give me a complimentary chicken dinner. When I called I was put on hold then someone slammed the phone down. The resolution was the owner's idea. I was calling to ask if they were out of white meat let me know because white meat cost more. I was less offended by the order and more put out by the poor customer service.

Had to change my review until they make it right, Still severes great food but not the best costumer service ? if it's busy they will possibly make a mistake on your order and tell you they will make it rightnext time! and when next time comes around they will not remember the mistake and will give you attitude. I've been ordering from them for years now and recently had horrible customer service simple request like extra napkins and separate containers I was told No! Previously overcharged and given the wrong order which is why I had to leave this new review

It's a little pizza place Fila Pizza you're always looking for Chicago Pizza spots this one is pretty good they have slices for only $5 it's a Big slice would have probably giving it five stars if it had a little bit more sausage I would prefer to sausage have a little bit more flavor but overall crust and cheese was pretty good pretty good slice
