I’ll be honest, I’m not picky when it comes to pizza but this one was outstandingly bad. The “crust” was as wobbly as a wrap and overall the flavor was just light. The price was still high for not much quality. I would not recommend.

I year's past prior to COVID and during COVID, I would order from this restaurant, we supported the restaurant during COVID. After COVID, they changed, their attitude was "we don't care if you are a loyal customer, you ask too many questions". I stopped order from this restaurant for 2 years and decided to order from another Pizzerai (Joes's) on Higgins. I decided to order from this place last week and I did, the food was a 3 star rating. This evening I attempted to order some food again and the customer service from the girl that answered the phone was the worst! She answered the call by saying 'Hello" vs Viini's Pizzeria may I help you or Vinni's Pizzeria may I take your order." One way or another; by answer the call and saying "Hello" it's as if she answering the call by sending a messsage, you are calling my home. What the heck! I reside 1 minute away from this restaurant walking distance and I walked in and gave them a piece of my mind to include she spoke in Spanish to the owner which then I replied in fluently in Spanish. It's the worse customer service and disrespect I have heard from a community business in the Mayfair. The girl had a look on her face believing and sending a message to the owners as if she was going to get away with it! Not in my world. I do not reccommend anybody to go to this restaurant only if a very, very, very last resort.

Placed a delivery order, in the order was a Cesar salad which comes with Cesar dressing. I also paid for extra Cesar dressing. They sent me ranch and didn’t send me any Cesar at all. I called to complain about it and the restaurant refused to refund me for the salad claiming the salad was correct but the dressing was wrong. Sorry but Cesar dressing is the man ingredient in a Cesar salad. They wanted to refund me for the dressing. I just threw the salad out

The staff was extremely nice and pleasant, unfortunately the food was horrible. I recently moved into the neighborhood and have been looking for a good spot, sadly this is a hard pass!

I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I frequently recommended Vini’s to friends. Tonight I tried to order a pizza I planned to pick up on my way home. The girl who answered the phone took my order then asked for my credit card. I said I was driving and asked if I could pay when I picked up the pizza the way I have been doing for years. She said no, it’s the NEW POLICY. Then she said “you shouldn’t be driving and talking on the phone”. Evidently she doesn’t know about hands free cell phones and what should have been a 1 minute call. I cancelled the order. I stopped in at Vini’s on my way home to tell the older gentleman who has made pizzas there for a very long time why I wasn’t getting a pizza. I asked why she is treating long-time customers so badly, reminding him we have been customers since they opened there. He looked at the girl and mumbled “new policy”. Too many other places to get pizza to bother with poor customer service. I did go to a different pizzeria tonight.

Update to their response: when I clicked on order on their google website, it only gave me third party delivery options. Honestly, the dipping sauce thing doesn't even matter because the pizza was not good anyway. Barely any sauce at all, just bread and cheese - so I'll be finding another pizza place anyway. ------ First and the last time ordering from them. I specifically asked for dipping sauces for my pizza in my order because there's NO option to pay for sauces on their online menu. I wrote in my order that they can charge me whatever they want for the sauces. Usually in this instance, the restaurant will call to make sure approve the charge. They never called so I assumed everything was all good. I also made sure to have the driver ask if the sauces were in there. He came to my house and told me they wouldn't give it to him because they needed to charge me $1.50. I TOLD THEM TO CHARGE ME in my order. Then when I called to ask what the issue was, I was passed to three different people who barely spoke English before the woman who spoke to me and yelled at me asking why I didn't call them about the sauces. Insane. Anyway, I won't be ordering from them again. Poor customer service. What kind of business wants to risk an unhappy customer over. $1.50 sauce? Pretty ridiculous.
