Super friendly, super fast, super tasty subs! Sub bread is excellent, very high quality bake paired with high-calibre sandwiches on the menu. Nonna is a national treasure and treats you like a favorite son as soon as you walk in the door. And if you look at prices these days, these guys compete there too -- great food and you don't break the bank. A Chicago staple! Make it a point to come here and try any of their amazing subs and add the hot peppers. It’s a nice change of pace from the robotic chain sub shops. Will happily be back.
The subs are good. The main problem I have is the system that is in place. I watch 8 people get there sandwiches before me even tho I place them my order first, these were not pre orders. When she called out an order that I thought was mine but wasn’t, the owner pointed at me and said “ I knew it wasn’t you”. I thought she was going by the order of how customer place their order. I understand it got busy but if she needs help she should get it or set up a better system....
