I was just walking by VinnyD’s when Carlos and Jessica offered me samples! They are so sweet! I’d never been before, and they were so patient, letting me try all the flavors without me even asking. The Italian ice was super refreshing and the service made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back!

This place is what Chicago is all about - incredible owner with a passion for the business. Welcomed us after they had already turned the open sign off. We got to sample some of their best flavors and they sent us home with some of their incredible giardiniera! A lot of love put into this place. Asked for a receipt with my purchase because I knew I got overcharged. The one man working the register was annoyed I even asked for a receipt. Then he was pissed off when I came back 2 minutes later after checking for the overcharge. He didn’t know how to work the machine so the other worker needed to issue my refund. Won’t be back. Don’t go here

A couple weeks back, late at night, I had a special request with my ice order. Something the guys usually aren’t able to do.
After seeing my disappointment when they said that it wasn’t a thing - they looked at each other, smiled, and found a way to make an exception.
