My appointment was scheduled for 10am I checked in @ 7:30 and was put in a door right away, could have been because I only picked up 1 pallet but everyone was friendly.

This by far is the worst shipper I have ever been to in life. You check in with security at the gate, no problem. Then you have to pull around to the back to check in again with the receiveing department. Hey but guess what I stood outside over 20 mins at the ring doorbell waiting to be let in. As we speak I been here over 45 mins and still haven’t be able to check on. Called both numbers on the website repeatedly and my luck no one still answers. This will be my last time coming to this horrible so called business

I arrived early in the am, they were closed. After checking in within a few minutes I was back into a door and loaded on my way to my 2nd p u in about an hour.
