I've ordered from here several times & always get horrible, rushed & unwelcomed customer service BUT the food is good. Compliments to the chef, although maybe your establishment should have some kind of customer service training over the phone to start, followed by in person interactions. You've lost my business.

They had gave me my wrong delivery order and I went in to get my right order and the ladies were so nice gave me my correct order along with the order they had gave me at first, with free 2 sodas will definitely be coming back 😋 I love y’all sauceeeee

So the delivery today was kind of awkward. When walking outside, the delivery driver awaited in the alley with his trunk open, sitting in the back awaiting me. When walking out, he did not step to meet me halfway. I felt uncomfortable getting any closer, he still didn’t step away from the car. He held up to sign the receipt for me to go to him. It is late, and in an alley. His hatch was open, so again I want comfortable. It was not until I got the pizza that he took even a half step to trade the pizza with me.

Have been ordering from this place for a couple years to the same address . Today they decided that I was out of their delivery zone and would charge me an extra 10 dollars for delivery . When I placed the order they didnt mention an extra fee . They called me back 30 mins later that they charged me the wrong delivery amount and that I needed to make another payment . The lady on the phone refused to let me talk to the manager . According to her there was no one there in charge . She refused to identify herself . WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER . Why was the problem not noticed until 30 mins later .
