Don’t waste your time placing an order here. Called and placed an order for $72.00.. not a cheap order. We placed the order, gave the address, got a total, hang up the phone to receive a call back 20 (TWENTY) MINUTES later saying they don’t deliver to our address. Google maps is saying 13 min to get there.
The worst you can do is have someone for 20 min waiting for food to call back and tell them you’re not taking a 13 min drive to del because it’s out of your radius!

If pizza crust isn’t your thing and you’re all about the toppings this place is for you!

What I loved about this pizza place is how generous they are with the cheese. You could literally just eat the cheese and toppings from the pizza and be full. So major kudos on the toppings.

For me, pizza is about the crust and the sauce.
The sauce on the pizza makes for great next day cold pizza. I literally just ate their pizza cold the next day with just toppings and the sauce and was it was good.

However, I am not a fan of the crust. It’s to powdery and artificial tasting. It reminds me of biscuits. Definitely not what I was expecting. I always eat the pizza crust because it’s usually my favorite. But this pizza crust was not a favorite. I stopped eating the crust and just ate the toppings which were good. My disappointment is entirely for the crust.

This is great pizza but a small pepperoni and black olive pizza was $60! Then Caviar delivered it and left it on the sidewalk and didn’t notify me so it was cold. Real bummer.

sal.....you have exceptional pizza that includes oregano in your ingredients! true chicago tavern style. never have any issue with your food, which is why i order weekly without fail. i always look forward to it. keep those coupons coming! true authentic pizza that one expects in chicago. please keep doing what you doing.

my concern is accurate order taking and delivery. my last few orders have been riddled with errors that can be avoided. this is becoming more consistent than before. order takers write down incorrect addresses or telephone numbers for my weekly delivery order. this results in your delivery drivers taking time to reconcile accurate delivery information. i order weekly which is enough for some of your drivers to recall my delivery location. once, a driver shouted for me outside my home because my telephone number was incorrect on the delivery order ticket.

your drivers then complain to me about such incorrect delivery order information. repeatedly, i have encouraged them to speak to the supervisor, manager or owner. a few drivers had said to me that "they don't care." i do not believe that, as your establishment has been in operation for decades. businesses do not succeed by not caring.

i remain hopeful that quality control protocols will stabilize, improve and continue to add value to your success.

vito and angelo's is most definitely appreciated and valued.

She said she was a manager name (Naomi) was rude after i order put me on hold after the order for 10 to 15 minutes was done !...been ordering here for the past 2 years ...just disappointed, need training class on how to treat your costumers...gonna order back to mama lunas

Could not be more disappointed with the crust. From the pictures I thought this would be a classic Chicago thin crust pizza. Nope. The toppings were done right but the crust is far from what I would expect from a place that’s been around this long. Also, it was 50.00 for a medium pizza delivery. Unbelievable.

Solid pizza. Very tasty and easy to handle. Front counter service was lacking, tho. Zero enthusiasm or appreciation for my business. Gotta get better there

Great service great pizza great business. Have been getting pizza from this spot for years now and will continue to do so. They never disappoint and won’t disappoint you. Definitely buy from this place 100%.

Their pizza never disappoints! Always arrives hot (we live about 1.5 mi), consistently crispy, fresh, great sauce ( I don’t like sweet), just the right amount of saltiness… just overall good thin crust pizza.

Wings good! Rib tips good, sauce is great!

I wish they had more/ better salad options but the Antipasto is the better choice.

We’re repeat customers for many years, always returning.
