4 stars because they only accept cash. When I was asking the waitress about that policy, she stated it's been working all these years, so why change. Growth is change. I happened to have some cash, the food was good.

Thin crust crispy tavern style pizza!! I’ve had many pizzas and different styles, but this is the best I’ve had in a while. We had the pepperoni with hot gardenia peppers and for apps jalapeño poppers and sausage toasted ravioli. The pizzas are def made with love and had that PERFECT crisp bite!! Can’t wait to come back for some more and this place is CASH ONLY ??Kid-friendliness: High chairs for babies.

Haven't been living in Chicago long but I've had a lot of pizza since I've been here and this is hands down the best thin crust pizza I've ever had and easily the best pizza I've tried in Chicago so far. It is a cash only place so make sure you have cash on you before heading to try this gem!
I love this joint my whole life. Today was the worst experience I’ve had and for some reason it was funny to their staff. Came in to pick up a pizza and it was significantly burnt. To be clear i like a well done pizza nice and brown on top but not burnt black. Nick was manager who said we tend to overcook our pizza we could remake it if you want. As if i am the problem not the pizza. The kid making pizza starts laughing as does the kid next to him. I said this isn’t my first pizza here and nothing is funny about spending $30 for a burnt pizza. Very disappointing experience today

Pizza was good, but it isn’t my preferred style. Toppings were all excellent, but I would personally like more sauce. I called for pick up and it was ready in about 20 minutes. I got one pepperoni, one sausage, and one Italian beef with mild giardinera.
