My cocktail was fantastic and the vibe was wonderful (very chill/relaxed atmosphere) but the server was a bit rude/not friendly. Overall I recommend but hopefully you get a more friendly server!

We really loved the bar and the bartenders and servers. They gave us an amazing experience and the drinks were fantastic! The hostess was a little rude and off putting and we heard other patrons mention that as well. She was rude both evenings to our party and it didn't feel very welcoming. We're grateful the rest of the staff did not have that vibe and were able to make up for it.

I visited Vol39 for their signature Old Fashioned, recommended by friends who were staying at the hotel. The environment is such vibe, with a neat setup.
I really loved the drink. It was a great atmosphere to relax, chat,l. It’s a fantastic place, and I will definitely come back in the future.

Came in got waters right away and then after 10 minutes with no service and the bartenders just sitting and talking and not giving us or anyone else service we left. This was a very poor experience
Popped in for a cocktail and a snack. They amended the cocktail for me as I am not into drinking spicy drinks but love mezcal. My goodness - one of the best cocktails I have had. Absolutely loved it. Service was also superb and the snack we had (the tempura mushrooms) was also marvellous. Highly recommend.
