Volcano is a neighborhood restaurant near UIC serving comfort food sushi. The fish is fresh, and the dressing is tasty. The new owner greatly improved the place's vibe. The staff is friendly, providing awesome service. The chill mood adds to the experience. Despite past bad reviews, the restaurant is now recommended. On the downside, the vegetarian sushi roll was disappointing, falling apart and lacking flavor. The noodles were slightly better. The service was slow and uninterested, and the atmosphere felt chaotic and unprofessional. Overall, it was a subpar experience, earning 2 out of 5 stars.
