Small bar, Comfy seating for the few minutes I was sitting waiting for service at the bar seating. Bar seating group of 3 was served and paying when I sat down. No greeting from 2 staff working bar area. Bartender left area after their transaction. Once the group starting taking pics, I felt I was being ignored. Left. Took my business elsewhere.

Cool atmosphere in the hotel lobby with plenty of seating. They also have board / card games and a pool table. Drinks were good, a bit on the sweeter end for some of them. Overall, I would return for a casual drink if I'm in the area again.

They used to offer excellent service, and I don't know if I went on the wrong day, but the bartender and bar-back for that night offered terrible service. I had been here so many times before and never had a problem until now. This happened in december. The bartender was very rude. Maybe he had a bad day and took it out on us. We tried to order food, and he said it would be an hour to place the order because the bar-back was on lunch, but he gave us no warning when he gave us the food menu, only until we tried to order. The place was dead, so both of these people were just talking to each other, and whenever we needed anything or tried to order, we had to wave them down until they noticed us. O'tooles wouldn't have been disappointing like this. Next time we'll go there.
