Where is Waldo? We spent a pretty penny on dinner. 1st time trying this place. They forgot the 1st time customer cheesecake. The thin crust wasn't thin and crispy it was soggy. Cheese fries were oily and soggy. Wings were rubbery and we waited 1.5 hrs for delivery. Sorry we will not order again.

I never tried Waldo Cooneys before. Today was my first time. I should have come in sooner. I got a slice of cheese pizza with no toppings. This is a true test of how good pizza is. It is thick crust, nice bready dough and good texture - not soggy, not too crispy. Just right with the sauce and the cheese was nicely melted into the crust. Very generous slice. Definitely coming back. Staff was super friendly. Eat in or to go. 5 stars and 5 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I ordered the ravioli, wings, and pizza slices. The food was just average to me, nothing extraordinary about it. The ravioli was just ok, and the sauce was overly sweet. The wings were ok, not much flavor. The crust on the pizza was way too thick. Overall, I would not recommend this place, nor will I patron this place again. The food is very mediocre, and I feel that I was generous in giving it any stars at all.

Food and service are great. I've ordered for take out and Uber Eats this place, and everytime its a hit. The only reason I gave it a 4 star for the atmosphere was because I've not dined in yet. It looks clean and the staff is friendly. Maybe I'll pop in for a slice, fries and a drink..

I ordered a pizza from there about 3 weeks. I complaint about the pizza. There was no cheese hardly on it at all or sausage and it was all sauce and the pizza dough was not cooked through. It was a stuffed pizza...I complained to John the manager.. This is the berwyn store. And he didn't care too much, he said. Next time you order, let me know I'll take care of you. That is not the way you take care of a complaint. So I call up the store in Beverly..Which I thought was the corporate store and talked to some young lady. And she said that the owner comes in there every day and would relay my message to him. I said please have him call me. Needless to say, it's been well over 3 weeks and I have not heard a word. This is the way they take care of their complaints good for them.I would not recommend them to anyone..I believe the girl I talked to said the owner was Gary..Still no call back..
