I ordered a pizza from there about 3 weeks. I complaint about the pizza. There was no cheese hardly on it at all or sausage and it was all sauce and the pizza dough was not cooked through. It was a stuffed pizza...I complained to John the manager.. This is the berwyn store. And he didn't care too much, he said. Next time you order, let me know I'll take care of you. That is not the way you take care of a complaint. So I call up the store in Beverly..Which I thought was the corporate store and talked to some young lady. And she said that the owner comes in there every day and would relay my message to him. I said please have him call me. Needless to say, it's been well over 3 weeks and I have not heard a word. This is the way they take care of their complaints good for them.I would not recommend them to anyone..I believe the girl I talked to said the owner was Gary..Still no call back..

i got my food delivered an hour later and my chicken was pink with blood in it. I threw the rest of my food away and the company refused to give me a refund unless I took the food that I threw away and give it back to him them. The blood was coming out of the chicken when I bit into it.

As a person who use to work at their 111th and western location(but i live closest to the Pulaski location)and usually a fan of their deep dish this was by far the biggest disappointment ive had from here. now crust was fine, cheese was fine, the sauce was candy sweet which has never been what this sauce was. But for this location consistency has always been its problem some days we have a great pizza others we wish we ordered from Pizza Nova and thats a trash pizza. Greg, Gary, if you read this please do something i want the good pizza i grew up with back.
