I LOVE WANGS. The yuzu wings are THE BEST wings I’ve ever had. The atmosphere, vibe, music, drinks, most importantly, the staff. Tung, Sheila, and Linda are the nicest and most amazing bartenders ever. I will be coming back religiously and telling all my friends. I won’t gate keep cause everyone needs to know about wangs.

The best cocktail bar in Lake View East! I've always enjoyed the drinks here - a bit pricy, but strong and worth paying extra for if you appreciate well-crafted drinks. The vibe inside is very chic, with fun artwork and dim lighting. The food menu is limited to simple appetizers, but Wakamono is right next door for a more substantial meal. My go-tos are the Black Manhattan and Lychee Martini. Note that the space is somewhat small, so it can be crowded at peak hours; you might have to wait for a seat. No reservations needed.

Rolled up to Wang’s in Boystown last night and I’m buzzin’. Cozy, vintage China vibes—dim lighting, kitschy decor, DJs spinning just right. I grabbed a Chiang Mai Dragon and my friend tore through a Ginseng Margarita, plus we snagged some Scofflaw fries and split a cookie at midnight. Staff were chill, drinks solid, perfect lil hideaway — we’ll def be back.

We come back to Wang's again and again – I can't say enough good things about the always-friendly and gracious staff. The servers and bartenders are attentive, cocktails are exquisitely crafted, and the vibe is chic while simultaneously unassuming. Some of our favorite cocktails are the Opium Haze, Bali Breeze, and the New Old Fashioned. The hot sake is also a must try.
