Amazing Speakeasy Experience at Watershed Bar!
We had an incredible time at Watershed Bar, a hidden gem of a speakeasy. The staff was outstanding—attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our drinks and appetizer were top-notch, and the atmosphere was comfortable, relaxing, and inviting. Can’t recommend this bar enough for anyone wanting a great cocktail. The bartenders were super friendly and knowledgeable and made me an incredible malort cocktail - who knew grapefruit and malort mixed so well? Definitely my favorite bar in Chicago!
