This place serves arguably the best philly steak sandwich wit wiz outside of Philadelphia!!
The bun is soft and soaks up all the juices. The steak is fatty, salty and flavorful. And that wiz is super cheesy and melty.
I could eat several of these!!

Honestly I just came from here and on entry it seemed like it would be a great vibe at a later hour. They had just opened before I got there and I was taking it to go so not much going on at the time. I also might need to try this place again cause both of the items I got (the philly and curly fries) were extremely salty. I had to toss them even though I hate to waist food. I hope for a better experience next time.

Outstanding food and amazing happy hour! Don’t usually have high expectations for bar food, but this is the type of place where literally everything on the menu hits. Happy hour special $15 bucks for a double smash burger, beer, and a shot! Would honestly put this burger up against the greats in this city. Big portion, cooked perfectly, and they use a hardy bun that doesn’t fall apart halfway through. True neighborhood gem *Also shout out for modifying the nachos to accommodate a vegan diet, and following up to see if any other changes needed to be made ??

I used to live in Philly and nothing there compares to the cheesesteak at Way Out. It’s seriously so good and I can’t stop thinking about it. I love their selection of beers and cocktails, it’s a super cool space to hang out at.
