Cutest back patio with two TV to watch games. Iowa bar. Sandwiches and fries were very good. The inside looks like it has been renovated recently!

A quaint drink and food spot in Old Town with a solid menu and decently priced food. I was told that all the food is made fresh to order. They have specialty/seasonal cocktails. The back patio seating is where you want to be on a nice day. The wait staff was attentive and quick.

This restaurant/bar is surprising with their diverse and interesting menu. Everything tastes very fresh and is well put together. Even the traditional bar fare has a spin on it. Service is great and they have large outdoor space. a welcome place in the neighborhood.

Have eaten lunch here three times on visits to Chicago and have never failed to get a very tasty meal that was prepared and delivered quickly enough to enjoy my lunch hour. If you are in the vicinity, I heartily recommend lunching here.

Wells on Wells hit the spot as a place to sit and watch the Kentucky Derby for this most unusual run for the roses that we had in 2020. While in Chi-town recently, I knew that I couldn't miss the most exciting two minutes in sports in a year that has had all too much of the wrong kind of excitement. My friend and I were in the area and popped into the first bar that we saw that had available patio seating. We were promptly greeted after we sat down, ans I couldn't help ordering a favorite guilty pleasure -- fried cheese curds with ranch dressing. Our server was prompt, the kitchen delivered the cheese curds piping hot, and Authentic had everybody cheering as he galloped down the final stretch. Watching the Derby from Wells on Wells beats the infield any day!

They’ve been struggling. Nice to see the old staff again after COVID closed them down

Best bar/food spot in old town. Serious gem with a beautiful back patio. Great food, even better prices. Owner is a sweetheart. SUPPORT WELLS ON WELLS

They took forever and still screwed up my Uber eats order. They charged me for the chili, which they were out of. And gave me some pathetic excuse for a chicken wrap. Photo attached. Barely any chicken at all. I actually counted four very small cubes of chicken in the wrap. I called to complain and they assured me it was "a normal amount of chicken." Good to know.

This place is awesome for lunch. Come to the city few times a week and always look For a local spot that offers good selection of drinks and affordable lunch menu. This time we found ourselves in old town. Decided to try Wells on Wells. The lunch menu had many items on it for $8.50 which included fries, waffle fries or chips. We got a pub burger with waffle fries and a turkey wrap with regular fries. Both items were big enough to share and equally delicious. Place has a full service bar with a great selection of beers and mixed drinks. This is definitely a good place for a great lunch or after work drink.
