As much money i spend up in this wendys has to be the most terrible customer service . I used to work as an employee at wendys on 4100 S PULASKI and was never like this. Nuggets was cold and some were undone

If I could give 0 stars I would but I can’t this dint the first time I ordered from here but every single time I order they always somehow forget something today I was in a rush and I ordered some baconator fries they forgot it last it happened with 1 5 dollar meal

I ordered food through doordash, like I always do. I get the same thing every time: a biggie bag with a choco frosty, and a daves single. I was given a vanilla frosty instead of my usual chocolate frosty. I also was not given any barbecue sauce and both of the burgers I had order had pickles AND tomatoes when I specifically marked that I didn't want any. while the vanilla frosty was good and I can take the vegetables off my own burger, it wasn't what I had ordered and not what i paid for. genuinely disappointed

We visited this wendys cuz we were in the neighborhood but it wasn't our first time and Enrique is always such a polite worker always has a smile on his face. Great work

Don't waste your money at this wendys!!! They have consistently given me food poisoning. I don't have pictures but yesterday I order a baconator and the patties were still pink and mushy on the inside. Terrible quality. They mess up your order Aswell. I order ghost pepper ranch and they gave me regular instead. The lady on the drive through is horrible at customer service while I tried to order she sounded annoyed

I opened my burger, and it was a piece of hair sitting right on top of it. Disgusting. I called to make them aware and let them know to pay attention to their hair when they are dealing with people food and of course no one answers the phone. So I’m gonna type it under this review. Make sure your hair is pulled back when handling people food. I threw it away I have no intentions on ordering from this place again!!!

Girl with the undercut that was a wearing a blue shirt on Sat January 11, 2025 @11:35pm was lacking on customer service. Rushed me for my order and when I pulled up to the window she’s taking orders while on her phone. Got my food and she charged me more than what I asked for. Won’t be coming for a hot minute

I got my food in the drive through and got home 5 mins away and my food was cold so I took the food back and the manager told me that was 45 minutes ago and I told her I only live 5 mins away. So she say do you want your money back then try to fix the problem she is not a good manager

I’ve been to a lot of Wendy’s since my job requires me to travel a lot. I ordered a snack wrap here and I’ve never seen such a great wrap usually wraps fall apart as soon as I take them off the rapper, but not here
Do not ever make a mobile order.
Im out of $20, employees refuse to refund me, the phone number on the app doesn't work, i'm going to have to waste my time and file a dispute. Ridiculous.

If I could rate it a 0 I would. Ordered the meal of the patty and came a young lady with an attitude told me I had to call to get a refund because it was sold out. Told her if I could just get something else after spending $30 & she stopped answering went to a manager skinny guy told me he couldn’t help that I had to call customer service or do it on the app asked him nicely if he could help me on how to get my $30 refund on the app & he said he had never touched the Wendy’s app so he had no clue about it which makes no sense as a manager on duty to not know how your own restaurant app works. He should def be removed as a manager it’s insane how you work at Wendy’s & you have never used the app or tried helping out ? Makes no sense .Told him too if I could just get food that was the same as my total & denied & accused me of saying that then it would be for free cause I’m not paying for it when clearly I had just spent $30. Even asked for cash & denied. Told them il give them my card to issue the refund and said they couldn’t help at all that I had to call customer service when the order went through and it makes it seem like I received it when I never got anything In general I did not get my refund back after spending $30 which went through even the order so I assumed they were not sold out . Terrible customer service from both the manager & girl terrible . & unacceptable how you work at Wendy’s & know nothing about the app. Will be calling corporate tomorrow & hope something is done about this nonsense & the way customer service is at this location is terrible , no help is offered & terrible attitude . Did not get their names but wow this local location is terrible & crazy how they treat you
