Stopped by this Wendy’s for lunch and had a great experience! I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo, and it came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor—the fries were perfectly crispy too. Service was quick and the staff were friendly, even though the drive-thru was busy. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, which made the visit even better. A solid spot for fast, reliable food when you’re in the area!

Never again will I stop here! They always forgetting to give you something from your order. Or they just give you what they want to give you. I just ordered 2 bacon double stack biggie bags and got a single cheeseburger in each bag. And got charged for what I ordered, yet ended up with something I wouldn’t even feed my dog. The burgers were very undercooked, so were the fries. I’m going to say it again…..Never again will I go to this location on 71st and western.

I did an order through the app and they didn't have either of the two items that I ordered. Shouldn't the app reflect what's available? Then no refund! I have to call corporate tomorrow! So frustrating!

Just picked up a mobile order. I waited 10 minutes for it to have a rock hard burger in it...Never again!!!
Apparently they don’t make burgers after a certain hour, but when you drive to the window you can obviously see them making burgers. Always dragging and getting orders wrong.
