This is usually our go to restaurant, as we moved to this area, and hadn't had too many problems before today. I ordered my family a meal through the app for drive thru, including my chicken sandwich. We started eating when we got home and i took about 2 or 3 bites and noticed something fall on my shirt. It looked like hard white dust or pebbles (its hard to explain). I looked at my chicken sandwich and the bottom bread was covered in white hard little pebbles. I have no idea what they were and never got answers to what it could be. I called the manager, she said she needed to see the sandwich for a refund so we drove back. She offered to make me another sandwich but no thanks! I was not hungry after seeing that. Also, she was only going to refund the sandwich not the meal, even though she told me to just take the sandwich back. I told her well we had to drive all the way back for this and then she's like ok that's fine. She refunded my meal. After that she was a little more apologetic and said if I wanted a frosty for the inconvenience, I said sure, (That was my dinner). I'm just disappointed with how the situation was handled though because I would have been so much more apologetic and embarrassed after seeing that. A frosty just wasn't enough for that trauma, lbvs. I would think twice about going back and if you do, pleasssse check your food before you eat!

Ample seating, clean dining room, friendly staff with prompt service.
One of the best Wendy's establishments I have visited.
However, 9/10 times I visit Wendy's the burgers are still pink đ¤ˇ

While I didnât purchase anything, I wanted to post a positive review because I was waiting for my bus out front, and it was canceled twice, and the next bus wouldnât come for another 30 minutes, and it was 20° outside with the windchill of 2°F. I went inside and asked if I could wait in the lobby for my bus, and the staff and kind and said yes. Not many places would do that, especially in the city. I stayed safe and warm while waiting, so thank you. Will definitely come back and purchase here because of this.
I saw the worker touch the fries with their hands and their was missing items from the menu

Order Uber eats pick up almost every other night from them. I work overnight literally right across the street so on my break I walk over to just grab the order through the window. Well today some heavy male latino who supposedly is the âbossâ was upset I didnât come in a car and almost hesitated on giving me my order even though Iâve payed and have done this multiple times. So once he gives it to me I ask if this will be a problem and if I should just no longer order, he simply rolled his eyes and walked away from me. Itâs simple things like this that piss me off because how could this possible make your day hard? A joke of a person

I go here pretty often especially in the mornings. I am constantly getting horrible customer service, I thought maybe it was the person at the time but it's been different people all the time and in general just horrible customer service overall.

The absolute worst customer service. Two team members at the booth watching the rest of the 40 team members in the back struggle. The female manager was extremely confrontational and rude. Whomever hired her clearly knows a great leader. âTeam membersâ couldnât complete basic tasks as putting a straw in a bag or opening a sandwich container. If you canât handle the heat, stay out of Wendyâs.

This is a pretty solid Wendy's in the Garfield Ridge neighborhood on Archer Ave. Their drive-thru is quick and the employees are generally friendly. If you like spicy things, try the ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich -- it's really spicy! The $5 Biggie Bag is still the best deal in town, including a jr bacon cheeseburger, fries, 4pc nuggets and drink. The saucy nuggs are great, especially the spicy garlic parmesan! Don't forget a chocolate frosty to wash it all down.

This is got to be one of the worst Wendyâs Iâve ever been to and one of my best dearest friends is the district manager in Orland Park and this is unacceptable. I went there late night on the way home, which I live nowhere near and these people didnât give me half my order and what they did give me was very cold. They werenât willing to replace it or even let me speak to a manager. I made a dispute to my bank and they denied the dispute. This is disgusting. This place should be closed down the people on the window, nasty with attitude, unpleasant, and non-helpful

I stopped at Wendyâs on my way to work and got the sausage & egg croissant with no Swiss sauce. As Iâm eating the sandwich at work, I crunch down. There were eggs shells stuck to the eggs. It was very disappointing.
