This Wendy’s is great! We were visiting Chicago, in a hurry had to grab a quick bite, glad we chose this location! Food was hot & fast, dining room and bathroom clean. Service friendly. Definitely recommend! Not sure what the bad reviews are about? Or perhaps this store got better management. I’m very pleased!

Gross. I love Wendy's but this location was TERRIBLE. New mushroom burger was DRIPPING with grease and drowned in sauce. The fries must have been rewarmed at least twice, stale and nasty and couldn't even revive them with frosty.
The staff seemed really flustered and confused. Don't smoke weed before work, people! Jeeeez...

Second time coming to this Wendy's and the order was wrong. I asked for spicy bbq nugs and got regular BBQ ones, a double cheese burger only to get a single one. Won't be returning anytime soon, if you do come to this Wendy's, double check your order before you leave!
Ew, made the mistake of coming here through drive through after an intense workout. The person taking my order was nice, however the girl that took my payment was acting strange with my debit card, and I am under the impression that she took a photo of it.
