Was not satisfied with the service here. The cash register lady had Michael coarse glasses, was giving attitude for no reason. I literally just wanted to swap a meal for another item and she got irritated. Mind you there was no people.

This location has slow service and is kind of isolated from the main mall area.
The food was average but the quality of Wendy's food has gone done.
The burgers are not as good as they used to be, they are smaller a d leas flavorinng, and most are pre-cooked,.and diffintly NOT FRESH.as advertised.
The employees here seems unmotivated to work or have customers come in, and d seemed annoyed when customers come into the dining room.
Not recommend for good service ot fresh food.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. I’ve worked in fast food before, so I understand it can be busy and stressful, but this interaction just didn’t sit right with me.
I stopped by around 8:30 PM last night and asked a simple question about whether the burger had onions because I’m allergic. The employee responded with, ā€œIt’s a burger, it comes with everything,ā€ in a tone that felt pretty dismissive. I just needed to know what was on it, and instead of a straightforward answer, she repeated herself with more attitude.
When I pulled up to the window, she didn’t greet me or confirm anything — just held her hand out for payment without saying a word. I even tried to make small talk at the speaker about the weather (I was in a good mood!), but that was ignored too.
What was most frustrating is that my burger ended up having onions on it anyway, so I couldn’t eat it. I try to be understanding because I’ve been on the other side of the counter, but allergies are important and customer service matters.
Just hoping for a little more kindness and attention to orders in the future.I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. I’ve worked in fast food before, so I understand it can be busy and stressful, but this interaction just didn’t sit right with me.

šŸ’€ When I reached out my phone to do Apple Pay he turned around and shouted ā€œcan I go home??ā€ TWICE- To his coworker or manager I’m assuming (mind you still an hour and half away from closing) And then we had to say excuse me to get his attention so we could pay and leave after already waiting 10 mins for a 1 baconator fry and small drink…

Very rarely do I write a bad review. I sat in the Drive-Thru for 28 minutes after I ordered my food with only one person in front of me that had two small bags of food. I got one sandwich and a fry. When they gave me my sandwich it was literally ice cold and the fries were obviously not cooked. I could not eat any of the food. I am extremely disappointed. I do not recommend going here at all.

Food was cold and old. Nuggets stale. Burger cold. Cheese not melted. Tomato was old and mushy and bigger and thicker than the burger. Restaurant was dirty and smelled horrible.

I love Wendy's but every time I go to this one the hamburgers taste a little different and not in a good way kind of makes me question the refrigeration maybe frosties and fries only out of this one.

I walked in & the girl just looked at me. I took it upon myself to say hello to her. She said hello & then went to help the drive thru. She didn’t say anything else to me as I was watching her walk back & forth. I stood there waiting for 5 minutes. Nobody ever acknowledged me. Finally I walked closer to the counter since another customer walked in. That’s when I was asked how I could be helped. I asked if my online order was ready. The rude worker then went to grab it and proceeded to say ā€œIt’s been ready. You need to say something. You need to let us know you’re here.ā€ Ummm excuse me? Was I just standing there on Halloween pretending to be a ghost? I then told her how I had to greet & say hello to her as I walked in and she didn’t even ask how she could help me as she saw me standing there. She then said her manager told her I was taken care of. I call bs on that. She then gave me my cold food without an apology or thank you. One of my drinks was also wrong. I’ve been a customer service manager for 18 years. I’ll be damned if one of my associates treats any of our customers they way I was treated. Train your employees to greet, engage, and thank your paying customers!!
