Being told that there is a 30-minute time limit for dining in is not “welcoming” atmosphere.
At least one booth seat had badly damaged upholstery with not even an attempt to tape it up until it could be repaired. One of my 4 small chicken nuggets was leathery. Ketchup dispenser was empty (why isn’t someone responsible for refilling it)? Spotted a couple of fruit flies hanging out in the dining room and by the soda dispenser. Fruit flies are not acceptable: a symptom that store may not be thoroughly cleaned or garbage hasn’t been taken out frequently. Apple Pay is slow.
Mens Room needs more frequent attention.

So disappointed. Not my usual Wendy's. The fries were old and reheated just nasty on ave near Petes... never again. Poor owner, you mgr is screwing you. Fix it or lose.

I’ve read some of the negative reviews… I can only speak for my experience late night. Coming back late at night from work. I’ve stopped now twice at the drive-through. The first time I just wanted something quick and easy so I could get back on the road. I was not expecting much, probably just your average greasy half smashed poorly made late night burger from a fast food chain. I was totally wrong! The burger was made fast, and honestly, I was expecting my original first thoughts… But when I opened the bag, it was a freshly made burger. The bun was not smashed at all, The meat was still hot, all the vegetables were cold and crisp. And the burger was constructed perfectly (and when I say constructed perfectly, I mean like it looked like it was in an ad in a magazine or on television!!!) with the precise right amounts of condiments! Also, it was wrapped neatly and with care! Somebody was taking pride in their work!! … The next night I happen to be passing by at the same time (1a.m.) And I decided to see if it was a fluke the night before. I placed the exact same order, I received exactly the same thing as the night before a perfectly made Burger!!
Just for clarification I don’t normally do this… I’m not a guy that writes reviews. Man I gotta give credit where credit is due!! Whoever owns this franchise, you need to thank your late night drive-through team! They are on point!

They are really bulshit they are not good worker not good Worker Overnight they are not respect anyone coming there driving they are really not good service I don't like it and I will make all my friends and my family don't come this restaurant

I understand there’s online ordering and the kiosk now but there should be a dedicated person at the register. Employees avoid the register on purpose so they don’t have to take orders

It's Wendy's, I'm not sure another review is needed. I guess it could be for this specific location 🤷‍♂️ My order was accurate, the food was hot. It was what I hoped my lunch would be. Thank you for making the Baconator, it is delicious!

The food we get here is always hot and fresh which is a big plus.
On the down side the service is slow but they are always friendly.

Love Wendy's! The new salted Carmel frosty is AMAZING!! Kudos for nailing it!! I just don't understand why is it soooo difficult to say hello, your total is, welcome, thank you, come again
... anything at all .... I mean it's Wendy's but still. I simple Thank you atleast shows Wendy's appreciates us as consumers of the final product. Hate to say I love Wendy's but not enough to continue going back week after week for a frosty or fries or both... regardless i bought my first bag of Arby's frozen curly fries and don't need the frosty that bad. I'll try again next year....maybe mgmt will change and they will care and encourage employees to appreciate customers and develop those customer service skills.
