Ordered grilled chicken wrap i took 1 bite and chicken was frozen , wrap wasn’t even folded, and there not even half of this wrap was full. Spoke to Tiffany:manager says no refunds and she could only replace the same disgusting wrap, no thank you! I called them back to have them view my video so they can see how nasty the wrap was. A girl who answered the phone says she was a general manager but refused to give me her name hung up on me, i called back and spoke to a women who said Tiffany gave me wrong info and that i can come back for a refund, unacceptable!! Just lost out on my lunch.

I've been frequently visted this establishment for quite some time now. The staff offer a consistent warm and welcoming experience. Every meal has been made fresh and delicious. And the wait time is always reasonable. I appreciate the consistency and quality.

I went for my granddaughters and got myself a frosty. The lady that took my order did not have a friendly personality. She worked the register and handled the food, smh. I got the girls chicken nuggets, fries and frosties. They both said their food was good. The youngest ate 2 out of 4 nuggets and a few fries.
