Stop for a famous Wendy's Frosty and they were not serving them, the lady at the window seemed annoyed while handing me my Uber delivery order.

My family tried the new taki and I had the Cobb salad was freshly made the amount of spices on the taki was on point the chicken sandwich was excellent we really did enjoy our meals customer service was great 👍 thank you so much Wendy we love the menu ❤️

Close this down!! Employees dont want to work whatsoever. You come here and have to receive nasty attitudes as if you did something to them. They get to a point where they only accept mobile orders and the line is ridiculously long when there is no other traffic. They pull cars up to manipulate time. A shame‼️

Placed a mobile order because they said they were only taking moble orders at that time. It was 45 minutes before closing. They told us to pull forward to wait for our food. They never brought it out and turned off the building lights after we had waited quite a while. Other customers had pulled forward as well and never received their order. Manager was rude and dismissive.

They keep the doors locked all day and blame staffing issues and I work for the city on a data level so after 6pm they said the card reader was down and I dove the system thank you for free wifi someone plugged in a Amazon net bootable to shut down remote os I only tested this once I asked if they called IT and they said nope 😒 so please be sure your restaurant is meeting standards of Wendy's corporate from this point forward. There will not be a second request before violation.

Not a good experience at all . After waiting in line for about 20 min I finally made it to order and that’s when I was informed it was cash only on a busy Saturday night your system is down . So frustrated I order online , as I proceed to the window I was told to pull up . After sitting for about 10 min I pull back to the window. I’m watching them put my order together , once I receive food I proceed to my destination which is only a few blocks up . Received extremely cold fries and nasty lemonade was water down with absolutely no flavor what so ever . Let’s get into the chicken nuggets hard as rock , sandwiches made so sloppy the wrapper was coming off . I’ve tried calling several times but it seems the number doesn’t work . I plan to return for a full refund highly disappointed.😔
Order online for drive thru pickup , was told shift is changing and waited 10mins still no response so I pulled up only to ask for my mobile order that was placed 15mins prior food was not ready and no one seemed to look in system once I got my order fries was received cold and not hot at all as well as the the customer service team was terrible

The service and food was horrible!!!! I see why no one is ever in the drive thru. This location should be shutdown!!!! I’m so mad I’m at work and can’t take this food back. I wish I could give ZERO stars.
