The service and food was horrible!!!! I see why no one is ever in the drive thru. This location should be shutdown!!!! I’m so mad I’m at work and can’t take this food back. I wish I could give ZERO stars.

This place is completely incompetent. The staff are rude and ignorant. I placed a order through the Wendy's app and attempted to pick up my food. A woman walks from the kitchen and began screaming that their not open and I had to leave. Keep in mind this was at 0912hrs and the door was open and my order had already been placed. The woman told me to leave and refused to give me her name. She said she couldn't give my food now could she refund me my money. This is my local Wendy's and It's clear to see the difference in the area and the customer service. I like Wendy's and have gone to many Wendy's from 55th and dan ryan to 57th and Kedzie. This location shouldn't be open if they can't be professional. I strongly fought the urge to be petty and throw a brick through their window. We are all humans but being dismissive when you at work is wild

This location is consistently rude and messing up your order. But it's near me. So I keep giving it a chance. Well, I'm DONE now. Never again. I finally started using the app. So today. I placed my order on the app. To pick it up through the drive thru. I pull up & get the worse greeting ever. And than was told I had to come inside for it. I'm like why is there an option to pick up in the drive through, if you have to come in to retrieve the order. So I instantly Got piss and Just Canceled the Order. Don't need my order or my business. I won't be giving it anymore. I coulda been a secret shopper and this Location would fail. As it always does. Need New management and employees if you ask me. Please who.... I don't know. Actually wanna work😏. But yeah. NEVER AGAIN. Perhaps this is why I no longer frequent Wendy's anymore. Unless I'm further out.

I’ve given this location several tries for both breakfast and lunch/dinner—and they’ve consistently been amazing! Every visit through the drive-thru has been a great experience. The staff's personalities are always warm, friendly, and professional. I don’t know where this team came from, but they truly go above and beyond, and if something’s not right, they do their best to fix it.
So here’s a well-deserved 5-star review for this location—thank you for consistently showing up and doing your best. It doesn’t go unnoticed!

Update (March 11th): So I tried this location one more time, and my experience was different. Whoever has this night shift got things together. The food and drive-thru energy was decent and I didn't miss anything. What a change since last time.

This place has terrible quality food the employees don't care whoever the owner should fire the managers and bring someone in that demands better production from their employees.

Stopped for quick lunch. Got it. Good food and good service. No ketchup available for the fries was odd , but solid service otherwise. Manager was vocal with the crew and everything seemed to be running smoothly. Nice work young lady

If you want to feel welcome come to this place. Talia the Cashier will greet you with the warmest smile and positive attitude. Stacy's communication with her employees is top notch. Other places really need to take lessons from these two. You both are fantastic and the food here is always hot delicious.

Burgers dryer than the Sahara dessert. Nasty, Wendy's use to be the best, now the burgers taste like some other fast food chains I know. Over cooked flattened to death and no flavor.
