I've never had so much trouble over a hamburger! The woman who served me had a horrible, hateful attitude towards other women. I paid double for my food even after showing her proof, and she treated me badly.
The person at the register (Alexandra) had a terrible attitude! She made me pay for my meal twice even though I showed her the payment on my card. She didn't care; she treated me like a thief. She needs to learn to be nice to other women. You don't bring your traumas to work! I regret not going to McDonald's; at least you know that if you go, they always treat you well.

Overall, a great location. The food was well-prepared, tasted great, and was served promptly. I paid with cash, so I had to order at the kiosk first and then wait for a cashier to tender the order. That part was a wait, but not terrible.

Staff friendly. Food horrible. Cold, old. Stale. Foul. And not the first time. Thought I'd give it another chance due to location and work. That's a no go.

I enjoyed the AI drive-thru menu board. I especially liked the fantastic customer service in helping me, a boomer, correct my order. I had inadvertently ordered wrong. Also the food was good. At midnight that’s not easy to find!
Fast food is supposed to be fast. They had zero fries ready, an essential food they provide

This is NOT about the employees. They are absolutely fine
The AI cashier however is what's going to get me to not come back to this location. I do not want the further integration of AI into our lives. It destroys the environment, takes away human communication, and is honestly identity theft due to recordings that train new models. Will not be returning after this unless that changes.

You could only order at the kiosk and there’s only two. The kiosk is not easily manageable, would’ve like to just talk to someone. They don’t give you a receipt so you don’t know what number you are when they’re giving you your food. You can’t scan your rewards. they missed a whole sandwich in my order. There’s no pop options, They were all out. The staff wasn’t helpful, they saw my distress and didn’t even do anything about it. There wasn’t even anyone there when we were ordering and it took probably 15 minutes to get our food. Should’ve just gone through the drive-through Highly recommend not going to this location.

No toilet paper husband had to use napkins. Wasn’t acknowledged. Door was locked nothing was stated on the doormat would be locked had a worker tell me that I should have walked around cuz I needed exercise. Mind blowing I truly thought that this was an amazing Wendy’s… until today smh
