Drive thru customer service is horrible. They give you attitude like if it’s your fault they have to be there. Simple requests like ketchup since they already don’t put any in the bag and they get mad. The food was cold, the order was wrong, and not to mention the fries were stale.

Ordered a biggie bag and got offered a medium or large, told them small is okay but the manager apparently told me they only have medium or large with a big attitude. Funny no other Wendy’s I’ve been to has told me this. Not to mention sandwich was super cold.

This location is very good, but I ordered breakfast with biscuit, egg, cheese and bacon sandwich meals that HAD NO BACON!!! This is real BAD for drive through.
