On 2/19/24 at around 10 pm i stop by store (981) went there to buy dinner, but first went to the restroom to use the bathroom. And as i entered the bathroom I can hear a guy trying to inject himself with drugs. It was at the point you can hear him slapping his arm and trying to find a vein and I can hear more than one person in the bathroom stall with him. As a customer I find this disgraceful to hear this going on in the restroom. It was even worse to hear a employee tell me he is telling his supervisor ( Domien M ) that this stuff going on and not his supervisor or anyone else doing anything about this. And when i spoke to the supervisor i even saw 2 people just sleeping in the Dining room area. And the supervisor can see them, but he is doing nothing at all to stop it from happening. I highly recommend that he goes back through training as a manager to understand the protocol of running a proper restaurant so that way the restaurant is a better and safer environment for a family.

Wendy's needs to get trained employees. I'm not sure where they're getting these people from but this is the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. They got my order wrong twice! If that was even possible... and a side order is racist hate. No thanks !

Great Wendy's love the customer service and food quality. They're fast and on point so I never had a problem here. Definitely one of the better Wendy's I've been to.
I'm pretty understanding when it comes to mistakes, but there has been one to many mistakes coming from this location at Harlem and Irving Park Rd. Also have to keep waiting for the coffee machine to brew, cant they afford 2 machines so one will always be ready? I suggest go somewhere else , there's plenty of other Wendy's who I'm sure that make less mistakes

Very bad customer service. We ordered a peppermint frosty and paid for it and we never received it, we ordered a kids meal and didn’t get the juice, we ordered spicy nuggets and got regular, we also ordered two sugar cookies and we got chocolate chip cookies instead. Tried calling 3 times and no one answered even though they are open until 2 AM and it’s only 9:30 PM. Tried to call Customer service and they are only open Monday thru Friday. We paid for all of this and didn’t get what we wanted and now we can’t even get our money back .

Bad costumer service at this location.There’s a guy with long hair he’s very rude, doesn’t say hi to the costumer doesn’t talk at all I went there to pick up an order. And he laughs at the costumers face when the costumer walks
