The only positives was Savannah the cashier who was awesome and the food was prepared fresh. The atmosphere is dirty, with loitering and undesirable individuals hanging around. The restaurant was in dire need of cleaning including the glass, floors and common areas.

If you don't speak up, they will mandate you to order from the three kiosks which were all nasty and filthy from everyone else using them.

Today, I went through the drive through the boy and the intercom was already kind of snarky.
When taking my order and then he overcharged me didn't give me my receipt and only when I looked online. At my bank, He charged me for my free frosty.
