I don’t understand WHY this location even is allowed to serve food. Whoever the owner is needs new staff & better managers. JUST FIRE THE OVER NIGHT MANAGERS‼️ MY WHOLE ENTIRE ORDER WAS MESSED UP. WRONG SANDWICH & old plus cold, same with fries & nuggets. Someone doesn’t like their job & I can take 1 guess which minority is working the night shift😒

If I were the owner of this Wendy’s, I would seriously question who’s representing my business at the cashier. The young man working the front counter today showed zero professionalism, and his attitude toward us and other customers was unbelievable.

He made a mistake on our order—gave us the wrong meal—and instead of listening or double-checking, he insisted it was our fault. Rather than argue, we even paid for another meal just to avoid conflict. But once we showed him the difference between what we received and what we actually ordered, he didn’t apologize—instead, he got defensive and told us to “get off” and walked away. He wouldn’t even listen.

Every customer walking up seemed to be treated with the same frustration and bad attitude. This is the face of your business—the first and last impression your customers get. If I were the owner, I would never allow someone like this to represent my brand. He is driving customers away, not bringing them back.
And it’s even look like the manager cannot handle him

The Bacon Breakfast Burrito & the Sausage Breakfast Burrito wasn't very tasty. And the sausage looked & tasted like it was from the day before. The Cinnanbon Pull-Apart was good but needed more icing because it was dry.

Ordered from the drive thru. The caramel frosty cold brew was not great.. not sure if it’s the taste of the fake sugar. My sour cream and chive potato only came with chives. I didn’t receive sour cream with my order :( my jr bacon cheeseburger biggie bag was fine otherwise.

Went through the drive-thru on my way to work. I got a sausage egg and cheese sandwich with potato wedges and a drink. The drive-thru was fast and efficient. When I got to work, the food was still hot. The potatoes were highly seasoned for me. Definitely will go back.
