This location is absolutely HORRIBLE. I paid for extra strawberry in my frosty, and got maybe a teaspoon at the very bottom. I also got the tangerine drink (my new fav), and it literally tasted like water. It was completely diluted. This location is the closest to my home, and I will now go out of my way to avoid it. $27 wasted.

Ordered two frosties and Cinnabon thing and recieved a burger, fries, and a strawberry Fanta. They put the wrong receipt on the wrong bag. This is not the first time this happens. When you call no one picks up!

If you’re out of regular coke, do NOT replace my coke with one of the flavored cokes, TELL me that. I’ve had multiple occurrences with this location where I order a regular coke, realize I got some other flavor, and have to go into the store itself to learn they don’t have regular coke. All my problems with this location seem to pop up with a particular shift manager in charge. There is one shift manager that has things running well, and there is this guy who just chit chats with his reports while they are putting orders together! It is not that hard to figure out why all my issues with this location always occur when one person is running shit

Busy running their mouths, didn't listen to detail. I asked for one piece of cheese on my double burger, I didn't get any at all. No receipt so couldn't get my rewards, and the coldest fries I've ever gotten from Wendy's. I'll never go back to this one. Good luck to those who dare.

Everytime never fails 1 person on drive-thru 4 other people just standing lookingbat my daughter and myself over 15 mintues waiting to get attended at that they were chatting looking at us i sure did say something they started talking crap so did i you cannot be that lazy no other people were there 1 lady also just waiting for her order they werent busy at all so why is it ok for you all to take so long taking our order we went across the street to little cesars pizza they were busy but took our order

I ordered through Grubhub for delivery and had the grilled chicken wrap which was very good and the Big bacon classic combo which was outstanding and will definitely be ordering that again!! This is a convenient Wendy’s location for me and the 2nd time ordering through Grubhub with fast delivery both times. A happy experience.
