It's hard to recommend Wendy's, these days. Pickles on the chicken, prices on the rise, AI drive through... if there is any virtue in them, it is relatively late hours.
My great caution to you is in ordering in, whatever app you favor. I can't remember a single order in the past year (and my kids love Wendy's so, that's a lot) that wasn't missing food, sometimes even up to half the order. Don't hesitate to ask for a refund, you'll likely get it, if only because at least GrubHub knows Wendy's is somehow infamous for this behavior, regardless of the location.

Place is dirty, bathrooms are not working, whole place smells like sewage, napkins was roll of toilet paper. Probably worst place I've been in a long while, and I ate street food in India and China. This is beyond bad.

Terrible service! Had to wait a long time for my order, and when I did get it they forgot my frosty so I asked the cashier for it and she just started sweeping the floor instead of getting my frosty while also having other people waiting in line to order(couldn’t order on the kiosk either cause they were broken). It seems like I was not the only person with something wrong with my order because the whole time I was there I saw multiple people complain about their orders being wrong.
It is what it is. Driving by to grab a quick late nite bite, services the purpose.

I left without ordering anything. On a Friday evening they had no one to work the cash register, so the manager was doing it and trying to put together Doordash orders at the same time. The other guy in a red shirt was dusting off his fingers over the french fry bin. Gross. Dining room/drink station hadn't been cleaned. Nobody was taking orders so I just left.

They have a lineup that fits me. I like their spicy nuggets and chicken sandwich, their Burgers, service, and atmosphere. Five guys, Culver's, and Portillos for burgers . I'm thru with McDonald's ruining the Big Mac, and dry overcooked fries. Also thru with Burger King, their charbroiled burgers are fine, but they premake and reheat.

First time here today 11:20 July 13th, 2025 and my mom was missing her meal and when we called no one answered plus they didn’t give us a receipt without even asking if we wanted one or not. The girl that took our order seemed confused and didn’t know what she was doing.
