I can't remember the last time I actually got the correct order at this establishment. I ordered delivery, and not only did I get the wrong order they completely just gave me another persons order. I ordered a son of a baconator, fries, and regular nuggets but get a spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and spicy chicken nuggets. They only got 1 item right...
This is the closest Wendy's to me, and for the past few years I have been going to this restaurant. It seems every time I go the order is messed up.

The past two times I’ve order here through the drive through they have gotten my order completely incorrect. I order a double stack nuggets buffalo nuggets and a biggie bag and got two double cheese burgers and bbq nuggets, no biggie bag and conveniently no receipt to take it back

Great service by the crew and manager alex alvarez helped me truly and made sure i got all my food nice and fresh idk why yall hating on this store when all they do is proivr good food and good service yall some lames🤨
Workers were competent and curteous. Food is always delicious. Fountain drinks are not watery or missing sugar syrup.

Honestly this is the worst Wendy’s location I’ve been to in a long time. Maybe we just have it nice up in the north suburbs and on the north side but this place serves cold food and soft drinks that taste moldy.
Go through the drive thru and they will never hand you your food through the drive through. It doesn’t matter if it’s a long line or your the only person there, doesn’t matter if it’s raining or snowing -10 outside they will make a worker come and bring you your food outside instead of giving it to you through the window. And it will be cold already.
