This is by far the worst location in the entire U.S. and islands. I honestly wonder what the hiring standards are for this company these days no one here seems able to complete an order correctly or assemble a sandwich the right way.

Food taste good, sometimes warm sometimes not. Always few mistakes when ordering online or dine in so check your order before leaving. Somewhat clean. Have gone more than 20x since it's the closest to me.

I’m here at 4:20 am on Saturday. I work for a major US airlines and my hours can get crazy. Which means I usually have to do fast food with those late night hours. I just have to say for 4 am, Jennifer ( if I read her name tag correctly ) was probably one of the kindest people I interacted with today. Caring, efficient, kind and the epitome of quality customer service. If you’re reading this , Jennifer, thank you for putting a smile on my face after a very very long 3 day trip where I had to tough it out. You are loved and appreciated!!

I’m disappointed in myself for even taking the time to review a Wendy’s. As people, we generally don’t expect the highest standard of quality and care from fast food restaurants, that’s a given. But my experience there tonight was abysmal.

Long day, didn’t have dinner, hungry. Stopped by Wendy’s on the way home. I ordered, and paid for, a 10 pc spicy nugget combo and a jr cheeseburger only ketchup.

Get home, open up the bag, and the burger has everything in it. Not the end of the world, but my taste buds and fast food pickles and onions don’t mix well, so it’s a waste. At least I have the nuggets - or so I thought.

I paid for 10. They gave me 5. So all in all I paid $13 and got less than half of the food I paid for.

Lesson learned, I guess. They’ll literally take your money and not give you what you paid for.

Afternoon and evening crews are great. They’re very fast and efficient. My food seems to always be fresh whenever I order. The fries!!! ALWAYS HOT and salted perfectly!

I really don’t know why some of these jobs don’t do throughly background checks the lady that worked their that’s Latina is acting real rude because I’m black which makes no sense I would never go here and eat yall definitely need to do better some of these people get jobs and hate it it’s not my fault you came to work upset

This used to be a great Wendy’s. They had excellent employees who really worked hard, would hand you whatever was needed, and knew how to POLITELY fill orders. Now they have a very angry employee who really doesn’t understand customer service. “What I’m putting in is the correct thing. I know what I’m putting in you don’t have to look.” She said to one delivery man. To me and another customer, she asked us to use the screen behind us. That was fine. When I tried to pay however, when it was convenient for her, I took my wallet out at that moment and she did an about face and walked off to fill another order. Thankfully Jennifer the NICE manager came over to help. The angry employee came back when it was convenient to her to take my money. No “Thank you” no “Sorry for the wait” no “I’m sorry today is crazy busy.” Just a rush job. I know I should have done an equal about face and left when the employee (she wasn’t wearing a name tag) left, but I really wanted the Wednesday Addams spoons and sauces. So I put up with it despite the rude behavior. I’m considering not going back to Wendy’s after this frosty reception.

Placed my order ahead and got there 10 mins later. I was asked to go to the parking lot and park in a mobile order parking spot, someone will bring my order when it's ready. Why am I ordering ahead if I still gotta wait? There was 3 other cars there waiting for their orders as well.

Team zero stars I would give them zero stars there’s literally like four people here and absolutely none of them know what’s going on. None of them know their own menu the names of the orders and then they are rude. They don’t tell you to go to the next window they just sit there and quiet Literally can’t believe I came to this Wendy’s

They need to hire more workers for one. My problem with this Wendy's is every time I order food thru uber eats I never receive my full order! Last night was the last straw. I ordered 2 bacon double stack biggie bag and a chicken biggie bag, 10 piece nugget and a frosty. They only sent me nuggets and fries and even got the frosty flavor wrong! They didn't expect me to come up there to correct my order and to my surprise the workers are keeping people food orders behind the counter with them instead of in my bag! They're stealing food from paying customers when they order thru uber eats and probably DoorDash as well! The manager got snippy with me for a moment like it was my fault! She's an older AA and she had 3 workers with her and non of them spoke English! This could be a hindrance and they need to hire a Spanish speaker supervisor. So be wary when ordering from this particular Wendys thru delivery apps

This might be the worst drive-thru restaurant in Chicago employees at night are lazy and need training in customer service. Food is old and cold often at night and they make you park so their timer doesn’t keep running and their boss doesn’t find out they take so long on orders and then they might ask you to come inside. Because that’s how lazy they are and rude. I think this is mostly a late night / early morning problem based on staff being unmonitored and lazy.
