Don't like the new AI drive through order system. Very annoying.

The double stack cheese burger with extra tomatoes, onions and lettuce is the best hamburger in the world for $3.34 which includes the $.35 tax. If you're a senior they give you a free medium coffee or Coke if you want it. How can you beat that? This is what's called getting your money's worth.

They always mess up our orders especially delivery orders and never own up to it! They blame the driver, the driver blames the restaurant, the restaurant says they don’t deal with app purchases so tney don’t replace or refund smh! It’s a shame that the management and employees are running this place to the ground! They used to be packed and in this area they should be, but due to bad service and bad attitudes, they’re loosing a lot of business, including mine!

Yesterday my friends we step by Wendy’s to get food around 10:30-1045 . We ordered one Dave combos, classsic chicken combo and 2 biggie bags and 2 individual items. We were missing the fries of the combos and the 4 chicken nuggets for both orders and the 2 orders of chicken nuggets. Wendy’s have charge me 51$ dollars. Employee charge me 51$ and didn’t give me a receipt. My friends and I were trying to get the food as quick because there was people waiting .
This is rob to the customer, this happens in the night shift.

Jeremy is the definition of great guest service. It's rare to see this kind of talent, and he truly stood out. He was incredibly attentive, handled everything with urgency, and kept a positive attitude even when busy. This guy absolutely deserves a raise. Great job, Jeremy! (And seriously, those spicy chicken nuggets were delicious.)

I used the drive thru for breakfast. I ordered 2 combo meals. The French toast sticks & the bacon & egg croissant sandwich. They forgot the croissant sandwich and the toast sticks were cold.
I was disappointed.

Small place(not surprised because it's in the city) Food was okay and service is great but it was the atmosphere that really made me uncomfortable especially there was this gentleman that was like looking and talking to himself or on the phone but overall not comfortable and I'm just trying to enjoy my food.

This is by far the worst location in the entire U.S. and islands. I honestly wonder what the hiring standards are for this company these days no one here seems able to complete an order correctly or assemble a sandwich the right way.

Food taste good, sometimes warm sometimes not. Always few mistakes when ordering online or dine in so check your order before leaving. Somewhat clean. Have gone more than 20x since it's the closest to me.

I’m here at 4:20 am on Saturday. I work for a major US airlines and my hours can get crazy. Which means I usually have to do fast food with those late night hours. I just have to say for 4 am, Jennifer ( if I read her name tag correctly ) was probably one of the kindest people I interacted with today. Caring, efficient, kind and the epitome of quality customer service. If you’re reading this , Jennifer, thank you for putting a smile on my face after a very very long 3 day trip where I had to tough it out. You are loved and appreciated!!

I’m disappointed in myself for even taking the time to review a Wendy’s. As people, we generally don’t expect the highest standard of quality and care from fast food restaurants, that’s a given. But my experience there tonight was abysmal.
Long day, didn’t have dinner, hungry. Stopped by Wendy’s on the way home. I ordered, and paid for, a 10 pc spicy nugget combo and a jr cheeseburger only ketchup.
Get home, open up the bag, and the burger has everything in it. Not the end of the world, but my taste buds and fast food pickles and onions don’t mix well, so it’s a waste. At least I have the nuggets - or so I thought.
I paid for 10. They gave me 5. So all in all I paid $13 and got less than half of the food I paid for.
Lesson learned, I guess. They’ll literally take your money and not give you what you paid for.

Afternoon and evening crews are great. They’re very fast and efficient. My food seems to always be fresh whenever I order. The fries!!! ALWAYS HOT and salted perfectly!
