For some unknown reason the Wendy's app on my phone was not working and the manager went through a lot of work and effort so that I could get my reduced cost for my meal. I am very grateful.

Can’t say I have ever had a good experience at this Wendy’s. Whenever I use the drive through they mess up my order and it’s always made very sloppy. It’s even worse when I order delivery. The whole staff and management needs to be replaced with something resembling competence.

I don’t live in the area but this is honestly the Worst Wendy's I’ve been to. Food is tasteless. Fries tasted like they have been in the fryer for days. I don’t recommend anyone to come here. Look for a different Wendy’s.

Very rude manager little skinny dude very young with no experience, to add the rest room are disgusting, then they come out to smoke weed right in front of entrance, they should be drug tested for sure!!

I am leaving a review because of the person and staff who helped me recently. I was robbed (yes that might make you weary to visit this establishment) but they were able to call 911 and one of the employees helped me digress from my anxiety. I wish I remembered her name so I could mention it here. She was very kind, compassionate and expressed empathy during that incident. She a real one. I’m appreciative of how the whole staff responded to my moment of crisis. I felt supported after such a traumatic experience and Y’all need to PAY THEM MORE!Also: FIX YOUR CAMERAS AND PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES MORE, please ?
