The worst Wendy's. Why are employees allowed to sag their pants to the knees. The worst service. SMH!!!!!!!
I have been here a couple times and I will never go back.. the young lady in the back booth was sweet and nice but the second booth she was mute.. she didn’t say anything.. I had to come back because my sandwich was dry. I went into the location and everyone was mad. Why are all the employees mad… I waited 10 minutes on fresh sandwich and no sorry about the dry sandwich.. what happened to hospitality?

Came to Wendy’s to use my apps and coupons!!!! Sat in line for a tremendous amount of time just to get to the speaker and the young lady tells me the scanner isn’t working and I can’t use my coupons with an attitude!!!! While I’m stuck in line and can’t get out due to the curb blocking the line!!!!! Every time I come here I’m disappointed.. think I’ll just stop coming to this location period

Every time I order from here they never make sure the uber/doordash driver confirm the order so they steal my food and I can’t do nothing about it , this happens every other day, I try to call but they never answer the phone 👎🏽

By far, the worst Wendy's I've ever visited. The staff was horribly rude. When my husband ordered my burger, he said he wanted it with keychup, mayo, and pickle only. The girl's response to that was, "No ma'am." Uh, ok. When he said excuse me, she told him they were out of mayo. He responded by saying, "So the baconater I just ordered won't come with mayo either, then, I take it?" To which she just said, "Nope." We were told to pull up past the window after we paid and then reverse back, I guess to trick their timers. I was pretty sure we were overcharged, but we didn't get a receipt. When we asked for one, the girl at the window said they didn't have receipt paper, but my husband told her we needed one and just continued to sit there. They grabbed a whole box of receit paper, and it turns out we were overcharged. We decided to just leave, though, since it seemed pretty apparent that the workers were likely not going to be well receptive to being asked for any money back.

When they opened this was a very good wendy's but now it's one of the worst the staff don't give a damn what they serve the coustmer pre-cooked burgers and old fries

I dont know what it is but the food was hard. Staff didnt even know i ordered on the kiosk.

poor customer service!! Girl in the window had me pull all the way up before I gave her my money, then pull back around to pay her. Idk why she made me pull around the store? Trying to beat the clock or what? But that was very unprofessional and time consuming!

This is the absolute worse location I have ever been to. Rude and unprofessional staff.
7 staff members “working” but I waited 1 hour for 4 Biggie bags.
Staff looked unclean and some seemed high off Marijuana.

Seriously?? At noon on Sunday November 30TH I arrived at this store to purchase cheeseburgers for an after Thanksgiving treat and was told that they were OUT OF GROUND BEEF!!
I left and did not purchase anything.
What in the world is going on with this management/ownership?
A burger restaurant that is out of burgers at 12 noon?

The atmosphere is dark, the staff look rusty, the restaurant is dirty & the floors need to be mopped. I walk in and walk right back out everybody behind the counter had their nose turned up no smiles! The corporate office need to do something if they going to be representing the brand of Wendy's.
