This Wendy's has been in the neighborhood for about 3 years, and it is sorry. You wait in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes and its only 2 other cars there. The same when you go inside. The wait time is ridiculous, and the service is bad. New Management is needed bad!! Fire the staff and start over!

Wow this location went downhill so fast! Very horrible staff and don’t even get your order right! Count your days because how the hell do I say my friend is deadly allergic to blue cheese and you still put it on there and had to rush them to the ER like really and when I went back super rude and the staff didn’t care!

The place is full of a bunch of children working and doing absolutely nothing but stay on their phone as everyone else waits for their order. They should fire every child here and hire adults who will actually work what's the point of making a Wendy's if their gonna be full of children

This rude lady kept complaining .. and she wants to say my son was moving a lot but But he wasn’t. He was moving around a little bit, but he was just being a kid so I don’t understand these rude ass people and it really makes me upset that she said that in front of my son I literally left just because I could not stand the fact that she said that in front of my kid near that, Mikey could hear it I will never be going back to this Wendy’s again just because of that
Missing food and the food is frozen and what killed me is the phone is off what type of business has the phone off now I have to drive all the way back

We had gone a couple of times they never have decaf coffee they say how disappointing. There was this one guy back then that brewed it for us we didn’t mind waiting. Today we went for meals we got these very cold wedge fries and so dark awful, so sad. I don’t think we’re coming back here again. I feel the cashiers when they want to take your order they rush you they don’t want you to look at the menu. If you complaint to the manager It’s like complaining to no on!!!! Loosing customers.
