Employees standing around on their phones. Waited about 2 minutes to be greeted or have our order taken. Bun was stale, burger was luke warm, fries tasted like they'd been double fried and sitting 5 minutes. Nuggets were extremely greasy. The frosty was the only good thing we had.

They gave me the wrong order and they didn't want to change it, apart from the food they gave me had a very bad smell, maybe the ingredients were spoiled, what a terrible service and theft.

The female night manager was absolutely confrontational, rude, and spoke in an uneducated manner toward a customer (me). 25 minutes waited to be service without acknowledgment from any staff with about 7 workers in the back. That’s short staffed?

I was in the drive-thru line for 34 minutes. They can't seem to figure out throughput. And then instead of filling my cup, they just put 2 more giant scoops of ice in to make it look full. After more than half an hour, the least you could do would be serve great food and drinks.

Drive thru-ordered chicken breakfast combo and a 2 for 3 ,I pulled up to check my order notice that I was missing my potatoes, pulled back around and told the young lady u forgot my potatoes, she tells me she didn't forget anything she didn't pack my order and breakfast is over...I said mam my potatoes are missing that I paid for where ur receipt I said u balled it up I gave her my bag and asked for my money back ,bag folded so I will know if they did something ,I watched they gave me my bag and a hot potatoes but there breakfast was over...customer service here isn't what I expected but we are who we are .I won't be going back .
