I came to the store prior to a Doctor’s visit. We went inside and was not greeted in the counter.
Waited about 5 minutes until I decided to go to the kiosk and ordered food there since my
Daughter was hungry. Finally ordered there with no problem. The two orders of fries orders were NO SALT. So we sat and wait. While sitting, one of the staff was loud and obnoxious and saying: How could you order fries with No Salt? If you order other things and no salt on your fries, it doesn’t make sense. They were being loud and made us uncomfortable with our order. As soon as my name was called, I approach the counter and said to the server that, the reason why my fries was no salt because my Doctor ordered no eat less salt since I have high blood pressure and I’m on medication. So please tell everybody that. It is very concerning when a staff complains about the customers. I’m not coming back to Wendy’s anymore.

I went here with my girlfriend, the few workers were kind and they did a good job, but the company implemented a new AI voice ordering program, which I'm very upset about. There is currently a job recession, a housing recession, and a crippled economy. Local resturaunts are going out of business because of corporations like this. Once jobs are lost, more are needed. Because of businesses like this, there aren't replacements for the jobs they've removed. I asked the employees to let their district manager know, and I hope they do. I won't be going back to Wendy's again and I'm going to spread the word that this company shouldn't be supported. Companies like this destroy communities, I dont want a company like this in my city. I'm also upset because I have to go somewhere else to get food. What a bummer. I'd rather pay more at a local joint and go longer in between eating than support something like this. Be mindful of where you spend your money.

The service was terrible.I waited awhile in drive dru no one took my order, so I pulled to the window and was not even acknowledged. There were two women standing at the window talking and rolling eyes. Finally I was approached by the woman and she gave me a mean stare and stated that I would need to place my order with AI. I then responded and told her that I was actually picking up an order. I was then told to pull up , and that someone will bring my order out. I waited another 10 minutes for my order. When I finally received my order I noticed hair was in my food and my coffee looks if though someone has spit in it. Never again!!! Hire people with some decency!!

I've been coming to this location since the first day it opened. The manager I've met today was not only brought a refreshing atmosphere but they brought a sense of integrity. 100% love when managers show their staff how its done by example and lead with respect! Love that for your staff, a great manager creates great staff memebers and creates great dining experience!
