Rude & Shady... I Was here last night and the young guy working there did not want to give me a receipt. My total was $16 and I got $2 and some change. I asking him can I get my receipt and he kept ignoring me and walking away from the window. He came back to the window and I asked him for the receipt and he said there was no receipt paper. Our order was incorrect. We ask for a baconnator and it was a a burger with two slices of bacon? The burger was cold. Get a receipt!

Decent food but terrible service. The drive thru is also very muffled meanwhile the staff speak so quietly. The staff are very rude and act like they despise you. Never coming back

It was 4:50am and Waited over 5 mins and no one attended me . Drive thru is supposed to be open 24hrs . Saw an employee coming out of the restaurant and asked her if they were open and she said there was people inside but they needed 45 mins to setup knowing that breakfast starts at 5am and the drive thru is supposed to be. Open 24 hrs

Manager Marcy is very big and rude. I ordered a burger with extra mayo and she called me a dumb cracker after ordering. No ketchup available without asking so I had to make do with mystery substance at the bottom of my bag. Catch me outside Marcy.

Manager is very rude. Her name is marcy She’s always yelling at the employees and doesnt do anything about the orders that are wrong. store is always dirty and i also found hairs on my food. I seen roaches crawling near the register. Just disgusting, definitely don’t recommend this store.
Received undercooked burger!! I sent an email to corporate and they are trying to make me sign up for the app before they credit me. Gross and will be avoiding from now on.

Not only is this establishment incredibly clean, the employees communicate really well but Alex, the manager, is exceptionally genuine and nice in a way that's unexpected from any business. On top of all of this he has a sense of humor.
Best Wendy's, mostly cause of Alex.
P.S. He also does all of this while having to deal with the Lane Tech high school kid lunch rush.
