I’m really so sick of ordering from this Wendy’s and not getting my food…they just pass the food to anyone! What ever happened to making the delivery driver confirm that they have the order and on their way before passing them the food…truthfully since I’ve moved to the southside of Chicago I’ve been very much disappointed with all these fast food restaurants out here…Figure it out and Do Better!
There are times I've been in the restaurant and I've seen those being rude to GrubHub drivers and telling them they have to wait and they leave the store. And when they are fixing the order they begrudgingly and sloppily fix the order.
I ordered there today via GrubHub. I ordered the biggie bag. They forgot the mini Cinnabon's, BBQ sauce for the nuggets and a straw.
First, who are the people giving it 5 stars? The Employees. Because when is it a time they are not screwing up the orders. This location is the worst to order from. These are people that just don't care about their job, its guaranteed you'll encounter someone with an attitude. This store needs a complete overhaul of everyone there, because it starts from the top.

Terrible! Don’t go here, I asked for my order to be fresh, I get to the window 30 seconds later they’re handing me my food. I said is this fresh? Yes it’s fresh.. I check no it wasn’t. So I asked to remake it. They bring it back everything on my sandwich is hot from the tomatoes to the lettuce. I asked for a refund because they microwaved my same food I just gave back. They’re unprofessional. Then the manager have no class at all which I should have knew when I seen that stiff 27 piece. She gone say “ yea give me my food Back and you can eat somewhere else “. They need knew management for sure.

Showed up around 3:20 am which it closes at 4am and the woman at the the Wendy’s
Asked me if I was using a mobile app
Once I say no, it’s an Uber eats order
She then goes completely silent and I wait a few minutes saying hello?
So I pull to the window and wait another 10 mins at that point
She opens the window just to say it’s closed.
Worst experience.
How do you closed about 40 mins before closing time ….
