Was there on 11/14 bout 6:30p.m mean little girl didn't give me my frosty or receipt. Went around drive thur. Asked for my frosty was told I didn't order it. I ordered another, got my receipt from pervious order(with bratty attitude lol). Then I realized I did order and got stank eye when I asked for my frosty.

What a bad service, they didn't give me what I asked for in the order, they were missing additions of things. People shouldn't work on this if they don't want to. Look for another job where you don't have to put in some effort to serve the customer.

I reported not having my extra sour cream and salsa yesterday. But today for breakfast I warmed up my cinnamon bun and when I bit into it there was a mental spring inside of it. I will be going to the restaurant today and showing them what was in my food. The mental taste didn’t leave my mouth for hours. This is total unacceptable I could have choked on that.

I ordered a biggie bag a 10pc nuggets and a 4pc nuggets and they forgot the 4pc nuggets keep in mind it’s like 4$ for the 4 nuggets I think the people working there should be fired or retrained because this has happened to many times
