The Stew Beef w/ Bean Curd Casserole really hit the spot. There was a bit of tough muscle that I couldn't chew through though.

Classic Cantonese cuisine with the comforting taste of homemade food. During our visit, the roast duck and steamed bass are definite highlights, and the golden egg yolk shrimp was also very solid and flavorful.

the food here are a hit or miss, some taste good like actual authentic food but some like the dim sum pork rice roll in a pot is actully so nasty, it taste like food made by a child, very dissappointed in that. another things is that some of the male waiters are very rude, as a local, you have to find the right person to take your order because if you choose a random waiter, very likely, they will be rude to you like they don't get paid enough. also what i least like here is considering the fact that they automatically add in tips in the total and when i didn't give enough, one of the female waiter LITERALLY CAME UP TO ME AND SAID IT WASN'T ENOUGHT. why do i have to pay $5 in tip when i only ordered 2-3 dishes. some of them act like they don't get paid enough

03/23/2024 updateBeware! Website does NOT reflect a recent price hike. For example, Pan-fried Beef w/ Rice Noodle and Singapore Noodle both listed as 7.95, I was charged $9.95 each. That’s a 20% hike! Going back to Minghin.Food was good, service ok, and price reasonable. Steamed shrimp dumpling was my favorite.

Good food but the fish was rather expensive for a small portion and tasted rather bland. If we hadn’t ordered the fish, all the other menu items (walnut shrimp, Singapore mei fun) we got would’ve made this a 5/5 review.

Their Hong Kong lobsters and salty egg lobsters are amazing! When I come home, I always come here. This place reminds me of my own home.

Food was delicious, veggies and seafood all super fresh. We had a party of 7 and the hospitality was 10/10- waiters even standing by with clean plates to swap our dishes out. Ambience was warm and spacious- recommend for any outing!

This is a great stop for those exploring Chinatown in Chicago. The seafood is fresh - and even alive! The oysters were massive and delicious. The roast duck was an all star at the table. Explored with the jellyfish, which was perfect with chili sauce. The tofu and mushroom dish with bok choy is a must. Their dumplings are so filling and perfectly crafted with the herbs and meat.
