Loved this place for years! Very disappointed its closed now. Hoping for a different location to pop up soon!
We had amazing server! He was so good at his job and very friendly! The food was awesome! Will definitely be back agan!
Food was good, service is wonderful.. coffee was a bit watered down unfortunately :/. Overall great spot for breakfast!
This was actually a place that we stumbled upon after another "popular" place was busy and rude. West Egg Cafe was right up our alley and a breath of fresh air. The food was sooo good and fresh. Our server was the sweetest, I believe her name was Annie or Anne. The service and food was perfect. The Strawnana pancakes were delicious!
Pretty good for a diner style breakfast. Delicious food. Friendly and efficient service
We enjoyed breakfast here. There are many items on the menu to choose from and the service was good. They also provide pots of coffee on your table - so no waiting for refills. Good way to start the day!
Food was great and the staff was friendly. Great people.
Nothing special, nothing horrible. Better than the Egg Harbor around the corner, but that's cuz they suck hard.
Breakfast burrito was good, they even fixed it to my liking!!! Service was good too. Would go there again.
Great restaurant. Staff cares about you, gets to know you, and tries to accommodate you as best they can. They are professionals at what they do. I have now been coming here for a few years since I moved to Streeterville, and I always get the same thing: The Scoop: very satisfying and healthy, and a reasonable price for what you get! I imagine I will keep on coming here for some time to come.

Quiet, quaint, homey, and my service was prompt and efficient. My meal was excellently prepared and my overall experience was without fault. Such a refreshing experience considering I'm in downtown Chicago.
Good service and delightful biscuits and gravy. Taste took me back to my childhood with grandma at the dinning room table ???
This cafe was close to my hotel. My husband was at a conference so I was having breakfast alone. I visited 3 times and was made to feel very welcome. Great coffee and quick service. Food delicious and reasonably priced for Chicago !
love the atmosphere great food
Stumbled upon this place while walking around town. It's a quaint spot. We got lucky and there were a couple of open seats at the counter as we entered. It was packed at all of the tables. People loving on their weekend brunch. I got the huevos rancheros their way and my friend got the eggs Bene. The eggs Bennie were nicely doused in hollandaise sauce and the eggs were nicely cooked. My friend liked his Bennie’s well enough. My huevos weren’t too bad, Chorizo gives it a nice kick.
