Terrible place. I ordered food for pickup. I showed up, and it was gone. After waiting 20 minutes for a human to show up to the counter, he promised I'd get a refund. I waited a month and never got one. I reached out via email, no response (and there's no phone number).I had to dispute the charge to get my refund.If I didn't live across the street, I'd never go here again because of the terrible service.

It's not worth it! The customer service of the guys at the front desk is horrible. I placed an order for Glaze Teriyaki I got a text with the order confirmation and when I went to pick up they said they never got my order and there was no one to talk to.

Virtual Food Hall with quick delivery to River North. We order on a regular basis from here because delivery is all these kitchens are doing. Easy pickup too if we have the time to cut out the delivery fee. Lots of options, always adding new ones. Supports local restauranteurs but has big name groups too.

No customer service number or email! No estimate of how much the wait could be after ordering. No order tracking available. Just order and then wait whenever it might be ready.I ordered two ice creams and it's been 50 mins and no update yet!!! And it is not even for delivery - just pick up!! How much longer would it have been it was for delivery?!
