They need to hire some men to work alongside the women the food here is made EXTREMELY TOO SLOW every time I come here they move with no sense of urgency food is good but shouldn’t take 20-25 mins minimum for “fast food”

I don't think it's the people in the store. I think it is the White Castle order entry setup/system. My observation of the people is that they are diligently attempting to deliver my order as I requested, but the system makes the customization of a slider too difficult.I contacted White Castle corporate on several occasions and invited them to discuss my experience, but they have yet to respond.I have tried several different ways of presenting my order at numerous locations, and nothing seems to help.Clearly, something about the White Castle system of order entry challenges their employees' ability to get my order right without raising my stress level and requiring that I check my order at the drive-thru before pulling off.Thank you to the employees at the location. They're doing a yeoman's job. And, again, if anybody at the corporate office reads this, how about a response?

So the freezer burgers at Walmart are better. It seemed like they only cared about drive through customers. I wanted to grab milk shake for the road after eating and no one came to the counter. On a positive note, it's been the least expensive meal I have had in Chicago.

First I want to thank the manager Leo for listening to our concern… however, the cheeseburgers tasted liked old meat and cheese. When I called he said he would get us some fresh ones made, but again the taste was old. We just took our losses and threw them away. I’m not sure what’s going on with White Castle burgers but I’m praying we don’t end up with food poisoning. There is no way we were able to eat those burgers.
food was not really of good quality, even for a fastfood. It was eatable, but not tasty. Fries were okay. Mozarella stocks were the only thing that was really tasty. The place was unfortunately very dirty, tables were not cleaned after previous customers. We couldn't find a clean table so we cleaned one for ourselves but it was not a nice experience. The floor around the drink serving machine was all dirty and sticky and the touch screen was also dirty like somebody was touching it having their fingers wet from a sweet drink. Over all the experience was one of the worst I had in fast food restaurants.
