Been here 3 different times to get breakfast for my mother and grand mother and every time they always say that their griddle is down so they can’t cook any breakfast items. I know that they are just too lazy and don’t want to cook any breakfast items. Horrible customer experience.

Why is the manger and the guy back there holding hands and I’m here for a uber eats pick up and it takes 20 minutes to make those little burgers when it’s nobody in the drive thru or lobby if they stop flirting the food would be ready these minimum wage jobs need to start viewing those ca And a lot of these people would not be on the same shift together

I was very disappointed with my experience. I placed my order and waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru, for my order not to be done when I arrived to the window. My food was under cooked and the server forgot my drinks. I'm a big fan of White Castle, just slightly disappointed.

The one reason why I love white castles is because the convenience of the drive through and their efficient service, I was looking to order breakfast but that was on me, because I was after the time but I really wanted to try their new French toast sliders for $2.29 omg it looked so delicious 🤤 white castle has so much potential because the creators behind white castle food must be food lovers because the chicken and waffle slider is amazing but I was sad that they took that amazing white gravy away, but they took it away for a good reason, it was no way they could recreate it without the food allergies that some people have, and let's talk about the work life their I, me personally didn't work there but they offer good benefits and amazing pay and the people are always Nice so yes I would recommend white castle to everyone just buy a coke with your meal
