I placed two orders in the drive thru. The cashier handed the vehicle in front of me my food to which he handed it back and she looked dead in my face to see if I seen. I did. I asked if that were the case and she lied to my face of course. She gave me the food, I open it and look at it to find three old burgers. I gave them back to the cashier who had an attitude because how dare I want properly cooked fresh food for the money I paid. Of course it took three people to come to the window. They give me three even older dried up burgers (pictured). I called and spoke to the manager Angie who insisted that those burgers were fresh even though they weren’t. I was born at night Angie, not last night. May you and your team’s food always be prepared with the exact same courtesy that you bestowed upon me and other customers. Take care.

This is another establishment that doesn't add the extra care to secure the drinks for orders placed through delivery apps tike Door dash, the very least you can do is secure the drinks securing the food is awesome but the drink is equally as vulnerable to tampering. Please, care enough for your customers to truly secure the drinks. Customers should all require this step or take our business to establishments that will secure our food and drinks.

This location is terrible. Inside is dirty and you really can't eat in - the table have dried condiments on them and trash everywhere. The pop machine either doesn't work or doesn't have all the flavors they are supposed to. Customer service is poor at best. My husband and I got sick the last time we went and will never go back to that location.

It really bothers me when you are waiting in a drive thru and they ask you to move forward so they can give the person behind you their food. Well they had me move forward , then they asked the car behind me to do the same which did not make sense. And then they don't have like McDonald's where they have designated spots. They say can you park in spot number 1 or 2 etc. it's white castle wake up and if your going to make people move forward then designate some spots for you to do so. In the end this location is a hot mess.
The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The person that took my order was so mean and impatient, the person at the window was nice, but they left a sandwich put of my order, it took 22mins to get it, and they were nasty with me because my order was large. If I could’ve tipped the girl at the window I would have because everyone else was honestly awful. The food was okay though.
