If I could give zero stars I would, manager on day shift sat afternoon is very immature can't control her staff drive thru was terrible young man forgot to take orders in second speaker so I had to go in and address the issue when I did manager and young man at drive thru thought it was funny that I was just sitting there after another long wait I asked for ketchup from several employees to only receive a frown and walk by terrible customer service won't be back.

Very SLOW service! Drive thru cars are just sitting i go inside and people just waiting, i thought maybe they were short staffed but it was enough employees working so I don't know why it take forever to get your food i don't wanna be at white castle for 30 mins on a late night.

I really don’t know what the problem is putting together already premade food…. Every-time I have a door dash or uber eats order they take 40 minutes to put food together that you just warm up horrible incompetent place.

When I got home i had no tops on my hamburgers, it was too late for me to go back and I'm very disappointed.
We really enjoyed our experience at White Castle on Valentine's Day! Our waitress was very professional and engaging. She connected with us making the experience even more fun. The restaurant was decorated beautifully, making it a very romantic setting. There were flowers and a candle at all the tables. The food was even more delicious. The service was fast and it was nice to have it brought to us. The surprise complimentary cupcake was an extra special treat. I'll definitely do Valentine's Day at White Castle again!
Stopped by here around 4am coming from work. It says on Google Maps that they are 24hrs but as soon as I pulled into the drive thru they said they were closed. So I had to make a detour to another location.
