We really enjoyed our experience at White Castle on Valentine's Day! Our waitress was very professional and engaging. She connected with us making the experience even more fun. The restaurant was decorated beautifully, making it a very romantic setting. There were flowers and a candle at all the tables. The food was even more delicious. The service was fast and it was nice to have it brought to us. The surprise complimentary cupcake was an extra special treat. I'll definitely do Valentine's Day at White Castle again!
Stopped by here around 4am coming from work. It says on Google Maps that they are 24hrs but as soon as I pulled into the drive thru they said they were closed. So I had to make a detour to another location.
Nice but limited time for a social connection. Atmosphere is good.

Me giving a White Castle a 1 star review is almost unheard of. My first job was at Castle 13 so I always give them extra consideration. Last night was the exception. I went through drivethru and ordered 6 sloppy Joe sliders. 2 regular, 4 Smokey Joes. When I got home I had 4 spicy joes, and 2 regular. I don’t like the spicy joes, and they were only served with bun and meat for all of them. There was half as much meat as I am accustomed too and none of what I had last night had anything but the meat.
I eat a White Castle several times a week. Unfortunately I won’t be back to this particular store. That’s sad because it’s close to my home. But the wildly disappointing food will give me pause to show up at this restaurant.

This White Castle is the slowest fast food restaurant over East there is. You sit in line for at least 15-20mins waiting in line for your food. If you are really hungry or craving some White Castle you might want to go somewhere else unless you are ok waiting in line for 20mins.

The workers always be on their phones talking about inappropriate conversations that has nothing to do with customer services. I’m starting to think that’s their way of talking disrespectful about customers secretly in their faces. If you didn’t want to work today please stay at home because I don’t care about your life outside of this job . I just want to spend my money and get my food that’s it. Keep your negative conversational comments to your miserable selves or I won’t be returning.
