Went to the Schererville Indiana location at 11:45 a.m. waited five minutes just to order with only two cars ahead of me that had to wait also for the non human to take the order. Was not working properly. Then proceeded to wait another fifteen minutes just to be able to pull forward to get food. Several cars behind me left because of the wait time. Finally got to the window and my order wasn’t even ready! After waiting another five minutes I got the food but it was cold. Horrible experience and service. Obviously poor management at this location. Spent $23 that definitely was not worth the aggravation.
Favorite food for the last 70yrs has been sloppy joes. When White Castle came out with them, I was in heaven! They seems to be selling quite good in the Midwest. Instead of a limited time, why not make them a permanent on the menu? I eat them about 5 times a week at my local white castle. Keep up the good work!
I was hungry and I’ve known White Castle to be 24 hours, so I googled just to make sure, but I was wrong and they closed at 2am. I got there at 1:43 and my order wasn’t taken, In fact the worker looked at me multiple but I wasn’t informed they were closed, and had to assume that they were closed as to why my Order was not taken. So I don’t recommend if your hungry late nights!!
The person on the phone was nice, but my issue is that White Castle franchised 2 locations out in Las Vegas but they don't support them. I have not been able to take
Advantage of any WC promotions on their app because Vegas is considered their own entity and don't work with corporate. Who made this deal and why would White Castle or the franchise owners agree to this. I am no Guru or anything but I know simple business. If you advertise an an app and advertise specials and incentives on the app then the restaurant should at least consider honoring the promotions. But online that should be run by corporate or the app folks and they should honor all promotions going on for the business and the franchise.

We are the only 2 customers. Not a clean table in the house. No one could take our order. Didn't know how to take cash. Floors are filthy. This white castle is #010087 on route 59. DON'T GO THERE!!!UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS...Joan & Gary Colclasure

Went to the Alsip store and they put me on hold right away. I must have waited four minutes and just left.
I'm giving you ZERO stars!!!!!!One day last week I visited the White Castle at 306 W. North Ave. in Villa Park,Illinois and the so called Manager name Jason (which is probably not his real name), was rude, un-accommodating and unprofessional. White Castle has a huge sign on their door, suggesting all customers, down-load their app for faster service, which I attempted to do; however, once I arrived at the window, this young would not accept my order, he would not give me the password for the wi-fi (which I used my Hotspot) and he walked away from the window, left me sitting there and would not give me the name or phone number, to your cooperate office. I took photos but I am having a hard time uploading the files here. If you send me your email address, I will forward them to you.If he is truly your manager, he is dispicable and needs to be retrained (sensitivity training) immediately. If he does not like assisting the public, he needs to find a new job.The owner of this franchise needs to consider being an UNDERCOVER BOSS and check on this facility because with this type of customer service, this franchise will be closing soon.If you offer your customers items, GIVE IT TO THEM! My time is just as valuable as the next person and I DO NOT appreciate being treated in that manner.I need to hear from cooperate, so we can straighten this matter out before others bombard you with similar emails.Elaine SpencerElmhurst, Il.60126
Very slow on 79th they move without urgency to get customers in and out. Don't fullfil online ordering. Asked for the manager no response from worker. Had to call corporate for assistance
I hadn't had there white castle burgers in a long time I enjoyed my white castle burgers and don't ever forget about your Vanilla Milk Shake. Thank You!
We went inside to the Store on 95th and Cicero in Oak Lawn. It smelled like a dirty mop immediately after walking in. Half of the employees were wearing masks under their noses the others no mask at all. Some hair nets others not. The cashier took off his hat and shook his long hair out right by the egg station and cash register. Absolutely filthy!
