Received very rude and disrespectful service from a young lady by the name of Briana, all because she didn’t give me any sauce and decided to tell me that i shouldn’t have came to white castles . Not only that but she laughed , called me out of my name several times. This is the first that I’ve ever received disrespect with no care in the world from anyone in the fast food industry. I have a video as well simply because i couldn’t believe what i witnessed. Not only was she disrespectful but her shirt was tied to the back in a knot as if she wasn’t at work. What i witnessed today was unbelievable.

I stopped at White Castle's and ordered a 1921. The burger was SALTY apparently they put to much salt on the burger could not eat it. I know it's supposed to be seasoned but not salty . I will not be returning to this White Castle. I suggest that you tell the cashier no salt on your food!

What is the purpose of submitting an online order if they don't follow it?! ? I asked for pickles to be added to my order(30 cheese sack w/ Jalapeño cheese). There were no pickles on any of them. This has happened almost every time at several White Castle restaurants. I am consistently told all of the burgers come with pickles. Yet, I almost never get them when I ask for Jalapeño cheese. This is why I specifically ask for pickles to be added.
