They move so slow in here I wouldn’t even think it would have business a place like this that all the workers are not in shape at least need 6 people on a shift at a time never two or three because by time customers get they food it’s going to be cold n soggy n it’s extremely dirty in the small lobby

I arrived at the drive-through around 5 AM this morning. I was told they only take online orders. I don't see the difference. Hopefully, the district manager sees this, or the store manager needs better leads for Night Shift.

White Castle Review (10/24 at 12 AM) The older woman working the overnight shift was extremely rude and unprofessional. She even made a threatening remark about tampering with my food, which is completely unacceptable. The customer service was terrible. I will be reaching out to the district manager and corporate headquarters to report this incident.

Ordered dinner through driveway for 3 people. Insane wait time. Made me go to parking lot to wait while everyone behind me got their food. Worker did not even know the menu himself! Services need to adapt to make customer happier, because I am quite frankly unhappy.

If I could rate it zero stars I would.. ordered the deluxe chicken sandwiches and they were overcooked and hard and they also need to change their cooking oil as they supposed to daily.. also ordered the cheese burgers and they were awful.. I will never go back to this location.
